1 Week Being as PRODUCTIVE as possible

For me, juggling work, a long distance relationship, and youtube is tuff. So in order to MAXIMIZE life efficiency lol I implemented different things in my life like taking cold showers, eating more, using social media less, and having a consistent sleep schedule. By NO MEANS am I an expert at any of this. I just wanted to see if it was possible to do all of these for 7 days straight and for the most part, I got it done.
