So true storage is key to keeping bees. Thankfully I’m at the winter of life and just keeping bees for health and enjoyment plus keeps the flowers blooming. The real challenge is keeping them to just two hives. Always looking for someone that’s interested in keeping bees and learning more. This information is so important and remember that honey is a sweet way to bless people

A farm where you have flowers all year around would be the ideal place to have a permanent bee farm.

Hi Gwenyn, after you took the plunge last year and went full time into the bees, do you ever regret it. I would love to do it but just don't think I could make a full time living from bees even I would love to. It's just it so hard to sell honey and price is lowish for the work hours.

For the last three years I've lost my bees over the winter. This year they looked strong but then between one day and the next they were gone. Loads of food in there but not a bee in sight
