SCOTTY TEACHES BIG BOY NEW TRICKS!

- I taught Big Boy some new tricks today while riding BMX at the skatepark! Big Boy can do big tricks like Flairs, tail whips, and front flips but he is missing so many smaller basic tricks that will help his riding out so much so I gave him a professional lesson and he did awesome! I also rode my BMX bike and I grinned another ledge!

I sometimes forget that Scotty's head still contains decades of riding experience... I love how he's able to coach Big Boy and gets him to try new tricks, without needing to physically demonstrate them... Incredible work Scotty! Loving the content!

yea I think that's probably the main reason why big boy has gotten so good, because he has Scotty as a mentor. I'm not undermining big boy's work or anything but I can imagine having one of the best riders in the world essentially coach you for years would push your riding to progress abnormally fast and to a high level

i think he meant that u know that he was the best but cause u don't see him riding anymore on that lvl u tend to lose the images of it. Like i can guarantee to u that if u think now how good he was and go back to the old videos u realize that u are thinking woah, thats even better than i remembered or something similar. And thats just the way human memory works.

What an awesome concept, this will improve his riding and after a little while he will be able to create lines and not just one or two trick combos. Big boys transformation to a comp rider, and actually compete to win. At least podium status.

Yes, I think he could do it. He managed doing the Tuck Flair, so I think a Flair X-Up will be possible for him.

It’s crazy how much different big boy looks over just the last few months. Getting in better shape, and just more put together looking. He’s come a long way since I started watching
I just want to first say to whoever reads this and hopefully it's Scott and these guys making these videos every day for us, Scott is an inspiration to everyone watching these daily vlogs, especially me. I own a newer bmx bike but with being in my mid 30's it's a lot harder to get out and ride as often as one would like and I'm nowhere near as good or agile as I was when I rode back in my late teens but it's all about having fun and getting away from work or everyday life.
Secondly I believe BigBoy is one of the god damn luckiest and most fortunate dudes on the planet to have Scotty as a coach and mentor in BMX. I wish I could live by and be friends with these guys that would be an awesome experience. Keep it up guys your viewers love you guys and hope you all have the best of everything in life you deserve it! \M/

Top notch confidence and mad respect from all the friends around him has made him who he is today and that's something that is awesome to see from a BMX riders point of view, helping those who may not have the experience and making them more confident and open to the challenges of broadening the bag of tricks.

I absolutely loved this video. When Bigboy was throwin the 1 footed table and had the 80's montage music behind it...PERFECT. I hope (which I'm sure he does) that Bigboy realizes how lucky he is to have a BMX guru to teach him. I appreciate that Bigboy actually listens and tries what Scotty tells him, whether or not he thinks it's possible himself. Thats how you get better.

Hey Scotty and crew, been watching this channel a few years, im a little older (36 yrs old) and never rode before, skateboarded as a kid in North jersey but hung it up when I got bursitis in my knee.Anyways this channel got me amped to finally take a plunge and buy a bike, I live in a small city in PA, and I've been having a blast just riding around the city streets, not quite ready to do tricks yet but thank you for the inspiration, your videos make me feel like part of your clique even though Im not lmao.
I haven't watched in awhile and first thing I notice is all the weight big boy lost. Congrats man keep it up. You've also come a long way Scotty I think I came around 30k so I've seen a lot happy to see the channel is still going.

It'll be a while for that one. Big boy needs to air a lot higher first then he has to learn his superman and get a lot more consistent with his cannonball. He's got a long way to go for that one.

I ride for 5 years but I did not learn that much because I didn't pay attention on the details. Scotty is a great teacher makes me want to ride again.

When I was younger the funnest our crew had was when we did a month long “trick-a-day” challenge at our trails. That’s when I learned a ton of X-up variations and my favorite was the x-up no footer. Makes me wanna ride again!
