This bag is huge! Just had my first baby back in August and I thought my Skip Hop Grand Central was big! We are flying without my husband this week and it has been suggested to baby wear through the airport and have a backpack or backpack type of diaper bag so that you don't have to worry about anything coming off your shoulders. Well I thought I had the problem solved but this bag has proved me wrong, I LOVE IT!! Thanks for sharing!!

I've watched a ton of videos and never seen anyone add gussets to the BRB! Brilliant, and I would definitely want that if I end up getting one (just have a BFF right now, but I totally get the JJB obsession).

Can you do a packing video for a mom with teens? I am going on vacation to San Francisco. I have an 11 year old, 13 year old and 15 year old, all boys. We will be doing a ton of walking and will be out all day. I am thinking of ordering the BRB as my first ever Ju-Ju-Be product. I like the idea of not having to carry a purse as well as a backpack to keep a lot of our things in it while walking around in San Francisco. Thanks!

Great video! Would you use this bag as a stand alone for a newborn? Or do you think something like the Jujube BFF is more for a newborn. My kids are all older, but for this pregnancy I was considering this bag.
BlessedbyTMH the brb is still my most used bag. If the exclusively backpack style doesn't bother you I would definitely recommend the brb. I actually find the bff to be just as bulky as the brb but it fits less. I don't think you'd regret the brb :)

This is so awesome! I'm about to make my first JuJuBe purchase and can't decide between the BRB and the BFF. I like the BRB for the room/pockets but like that the BFF isn't as big/bulky. I would really love to do the gussets as I'm not fond of the front flap falling open but I read you weren't really offering them yet so Ill wait lol For a first time mom with a little girl - what would you say would be the best long term purchase? I just dont want to look like I have a huge duffle bag on my back but the MiniBe also isn't an option because there are no pockets and I feel like its a basic highschool bag. I requested the JJB BST page but it seems they take some time to approve you lol
jadore1434 honestly the brb is still my most reached for bag. I think the only down side is that it can't be used messenger style, but that doesn't bother me. It holds more than the bff but is actually feels lighter IMO. Hopefully you'll get on the bst soon where you should be able to get a great deal on a bag, maybe even with gussets :)
I appreciate the quick response! Quesyion: once the BRB is fully packed - would you say it gets pretty huge on your back or does it stay somewhat compact (not sure if I'm explaining it right). I always have the option of clipping it to the stroller as well but i'd like it to look nice while being worn as well
jadore1434 I think the brb stuffed is still much more stream line looking than the bff fully packed. I hope that makes sense. I much prefer carrying my brb stuffed more than any of my other bags.

Feel free to email me for more detail in depth (nrenewatson@gmail.com) but basically I used 4 pieces of plain black satin fabric to create two triangles, and bought four 7" separating (open ended) zippers. The triangles that I made measured 5" wide at the top, 1" wide at the bottom with 7" long sides.
Makenzie makes magic not really, unless I have it lacked so full that the gussets are being pushed out. It's nice because the gussets on the mommy pocket have a seam to keep them pointing inward. Do you have trouble with it?

Manuela Cotting they are all from change pads I've bought off the bst group and eBay. I sure wish they sold the fabric by the yard though :)
