Devils Advocate position is that doing so made that moment so much more memorable than it would have been, especially for that Era of TNA where the IWC disrespected the hell out of the company and made it dirty to openly be a fan of the product. Everyone talked about it and to this day people who didn't even watch that match talk about it. Feel real bad for Johnny though, of all people he didn't deserve to have a tainted celebration.
His attitude is terrible and has constantly held him back his entire career, which seems to be a common trait in many wrestlers. Even with Aries ego issues he is still the 3rd longest reigning world champion in TNA and longest reigning x division champion.
That'll be my last memory of Austin Aries, just getting up after Morrison's finish and walking away. Talk about pissing away your career. I don't think any company will look at that incident and trust a guy who does that.
@The Outsider Hemne basically botched his and Bobby Roodes ring entrance by announcing them by their opponent's names. So Aries pinned Hemme against the turnbuckle, climbed to the second rope, and then thrusted his groin into her face several times
Sad. I really loved him as a performer, technically speaking. He's like pioneer to the indie guys like Chris Hero and Christopher Daniels. I guess what's done is done though
