- tl;dr what are the best characters that haven't made a top cut yet??
It's been some time since I did the last one of these, after rotation and with the release schedule it hasn't quite felt appropriate -.-''
But now seems like a pretty good time! Hopefully folk find this fun, maybe get something to chew on, etc. Am I missing someone? Sound off in the comments~

Toga 4 almost topped at St.Louis and did really, really well.
She has interesting machinations; it's just a shame that she doesn't get access to a lot of characters in the near future with a lot of new characters not being able to be placed into your deck.
Great list! My fire Ymir list has Barrier shield and Seizing the Advantage. I also think Hannes is underrated right now, free damage, runs twisting azure and barrier shield, and has speed reset on face.
What do you think about a character like Kurama? I was giving him some serious consideration. Offensively stacking progressive gets around a lot of speed hate, and he has a powerful attack or action cancel in the face of the current meta. I can see issues with him, but i think they may be addressed with the right deck.
I've thought about him non-zero times especially off water; he has that GP mineta attack too. The play pattern of needing to go three attacks deep to *really* have big speed impacts is a limitation I worry about, but he's intriguing nonetheless
I really like this list. As someone who is new to the game and really trying to figure out what the hell I want to play, some of my favorite characters are on this list. Maybe I should explore them more.
Now if only deck building wasn’t so difficult lol.
Thoughts on Mothra?
Almost made the list - some of the same ideas as Toya, you get to be very good at blocking Smiling Titan. But a little more exposed to strings and less of an obvious offensive gameplan (aside from, man they're never blocking your Walk the Dogs). Would have been in a top 25.
Says Ymir, Mikasa haven’t topped at all…. Guess Boars Hat Case event didn’t count :P

@@cetonis2767 I never did get him the lists. I’ll work on that. But I figured with the errata on Reiner and Mikasa was it even worth it.
Toga 4 is super strong, she just sadly gets essentially nothing too helpful from AOT in my opinion
