Pastor, I agree to everything you said from the Bible 🙏 I would also like to add few more - Husbands should love their wives just like Christ loves the church, Wives should submit to their husbands just like the church submits itself to Christ. The same Jesus who created men also created women. Believe me or not, there are husbands who do not know the meaning of submission - they abuse God's holy word and threaten and disrespect their wives and wife's father, mother, siblings ! They get whatever they want through this one verse - wives, submit to your husband ! The wife's family becomes pitiful. Jesus never gave authority to husband so that he can abuse it by agonizing the wife and her entire family together !!!! But in all this God encourages the suffering person to love their spouse and their family - to rise and shine above every problem and outright injustice ! In the case of abusive husband, it is God who upholds the wife, not the husband ! In the case of arrogant wife, it is God who upholds the husband, not the wife ! All in all it is God to whom glory belongs ! This is my humble request to whoever posted only a part of this wonderful message - please don't take sides. Please don't point fingers at one person ! Please preach to both husband and wife from the Holy Bible ! Jesus loves everyone equally irrespective of who they are or what they've done !! Let us also remember - Jesus loves the church so much that He gave Himself as a sacrifice to protect it !!
