Off topic on the whole eyeshadows thing, I wonder if you know how uniquely stunning you are? There is this interesting and off the beaten path beauty that you posses that leaves me in awe. I could just stare at your face for hours. This is not meant in a creepy way FYI, I'm just drawn to different and unique faces. I'm a photographer and I'm always attuned to these intricate details of a persons face in every regard {how it moves when they speak, smile, etc...}. I think it's the combo of your piercing eyes, this hint of androgyny, and an effortlessness to how you present. As for the shadows, I'm a color lover first and foremost but I can dig a neutral (as long as it's a high impact neutral), and I must say your selections are always spot on.

I’ve definitely migrated away from eyeshadow palettes to one and done shadows. All of these just look so fabulous and you’re looking absolutely gorgeous!

Came at a time when I’m currently debating what eyeshadows to declutter but oh well 😅 I’m sure you’ve talked about them before, but I love the about face shadow sticks and matte fluid paints. I have Capulets, Cloned, Lotus Leaf, Miracle Mimosa and Actual Ambrosia. All are great neutrals and last FOREVER on my oily eyes without primer. Yes, you do have to work quickly to blend, but these are my go to quick and easy eyeshadows.
Butter London used to have a jelly cream shadow, they were called eye glaze…they were so so soooo good. Idk why they discontinued them bc they were fantastic, very underrated. I love the kulfi ones, they’re the same texture as the butter London eye glazes. If u haven’t tried the kiko Milano eyeshadow cream sticks, you’re missing out.
I found the VB shadow stick in Trench (which I had hoped could be an everyday wear) to be super drying on my lids. I wish she would expand the shade range (Trench is a little yellow/warm on my fair-cool skin tone) and improve the formula bc I love that they don't expire as quickly as some of these other brands offering cream shadows with a 6 mo expiration (who can afford that unless it's your only shadow). VB Pecan did look really pretty on you though!

I tested the Armani eye tints and the mattes are very orangey. I expected for one to be a cool-toned matte brown, but no. I wear shade 18, but it is mostly am office/ work color for me because it is a matte light peachy-beige, and I am really pale it basically covers my lid discoloration and gives a little bit of color but not much color. I love to formula and I wish they would create a more cool-toned, less orange brown. Those Kulfi shadows look so beautiful.

I recently bought the jones road shadows (before I saw this video). I want to love them more but they just don’t work nearly as well for me as some the other formulas. Just meh. And kid of patchy. They also crease on me. 😢
I’ve always pointed out that Roen’s quad formula creases and fades very quickly, so now, it doesn’t come close to the longevity of Kulfi. But it’s a beautiful formula if you don’t mind fading!
