Thanks for another cool video. At first I was confused by “breaky on a can” I thought maybe it meant you took a break to go to the bathroom ha ha. When you picked the usnea I was like oh no, I hope he’s not making tea out of usnea since that stuff is a bit toxic. I’m glad you were just using it as a fire starter. Is the Abies balsamea planted?

The Abies is a natural here, but that poor little guy came down when his buddy Doug came down in the Bomb Cyclone unfortunately. Loved your Hedgehog find & fishies btw

How long do you have to boil that water for it to be free from microbes and such? This was really cool to watch! Thank you!

I'm happy you enjoyed it. To sterilize the water...rolling boil for a minute or 2. It doesn't take much. I go for about 5 minutes to get the fullest body from whatever I'm making tea from as well
