Haha I was thinking of something like that, I don't think I'm super good at it but I can share the resources I've used for learning and any lessons I've learned so far.
I’m the Dk tank in the vid. I will say as a close knit guild who talks a lot in raid and mid fight the most important part of a raid leader imo is calling lethal mechanics and respecting that when they make the call you follow through for better or worse. If it’s a bad call you can sort it out next pull but respect it in the moment. Also expect that your players know their role in the fight and don’t hover their assignment. You will start missing important calls or flub your own duties worrying about others
Dropping the fire seems to be determined if he can reach the farthest target and drop his full line of fire. When we had 2 or more people at over 30 yds and he got the full sprint, we always got fire
I could have sworn that in the original cata on Heroic the big change was that you fought all 4 bosses at once rather than 2 at a time. Also i dont think people skip council cause its hard. More so because the loot is incredibly lackluster and not really worth the prog when you can spend time on bosses with more lucrative loot. Naturally it would be the last boss you prog knowing that
I dont understand that you dont have more subs...best guides out there!
Appreciate it a ton! :)
My guild is 12/13 H and we're about to try our firsthand at prog tonight for Council. I think after seeing your guide we'll get this easy!
new content: how to raid lead! seems you do it well. and the addons like top five thats mandatory for raid leading and so on

And tanking?
New content idea: Form a 25man team and do 25man guides
25 is lame in cata
