good advice, i do much the same with maps when looking at coastal paths for backpacking find the spot for a tent like that to, will do the same now for sure when i get my van and build it lol

For example, I started my website (ages ago) with our offer code! and now I have two beautiful websites (one under construction, again) thanks to Squarespace and you guys!.. Secondly, I feel inspired to take on a more creative lifestyle, versus, just making a living. You inspired me to start writing, which I am really excited about. it's so easy now with all these maps and apps. no such thing when i was travelling like this. i just used to drive around and follow my instincts. found some amazing wild camps that way too. totally agree they are the best places to stay 😊

But there is, most recently I was camping in Joshua Tree and once I got to a spot in the rocks where I knew I couldn't be seen, I just literally sighed in relief. Densely wooded areas are great too. Anyone else experience this?
It's definitely a lot harder than it used to be. While the technology we have can be used for good, it's still creepy to know that at any moment a drone can fly into your backyard or campsite and watch what you're doing. Big Brother is watching

I love to watch playlists that I find peaceful and relaxing when I sew, so when you have time, could you add all your journal vids to that playlist? Thanks.
It seems you guys had a good luck in Greece but people should be advised that wild camping is actually illegal in Greece and it could be a problem. Sometimes you may get away with a warning but being slapped with a hefty fine is also a possibility.
Btw, wild camping in greece is illegal as well...but vans are different category than tents so they treat them differently :) And parked van is not wild camping for them...unless it really looks like it is ;-) There is more about it here eu.camperistas.com/2898/greece-wild-camping
xs_ fox I think most places in Europe you can wildcamp, and if it is technically illegal, I’m sure it’s very hard to prosecute against. “Wild camping? No! We were just having a quick rest!” But places where you’d want to wild camp will probably be wild anyway so I doubt there’d be any issue at all

I've used that google map tip to find beaches here in Maine that aren't so touristy in the summer. It totally works and I impressed my friends! Haha
