People use this method to clean their show chickens and I’m using it to clean my regular every day egg layers I love my chickens can’t forget Frederick my turkey

@@CookAndMove she means a chicken show. They go and present their chickens and they judge them on how cute they are and fancy and nice and if they win they get money or other prizes

Please cover the face of the bird before you put that spray on. That beauty doesn't need to inhale all that garbage. Yes, I saw that you covered the beak, but it's still in the air, and it's poor eyes. Other than that I love your relationship with your animal. Such trust.... both ways.

Wonderful video and lovely silkie rooster, I was afraid of getting my Silkies too wet so I just been washing them with a sponge lol But after seeing this I will bathe them much better. Btw what is the blue and hair shampoo you used? What are the best kind? I use a bit of Dawn detergent atm but would like to use something to give them a more fresh aroma.
I would recommend using pet friendly shampoo wich u can get in pet shops. Normal shampoo like we use can be pretty strong for them. Tips: if there is a pet friendly shampoo with spearemint in it i would choose that. Thats because lice does not like the smell of spearemint so its not likely to get lice in the chickens feathers😊
I think the regular hair shampoo was actually horse mane n tail shampoo ( it’s great btw)
Omg, that cutie rooster! do you sell hatchable eggs? I don't mind if it's not your best but I really want my pet silkie to have a friend (or child) She gets bullied a lot by the regular chickens and she would LOVE a rooster!

Please help.. not gonna lie, i have slacked on collecting eggs. Some of my broody girls broke some. Now they are covered in egg and they smell!!! What good/strong smelling shampoo can I use?
Sweat. Wife and me just bought a sultan coq while traveling in mexico. He came from a bad home and was pretty dirty and bullied. I'll wait untill I have access to a blow-dryer and probably just use a little shampoo. Thanks friend. U have a beautiful coq, i would definitely stroke it.
I have a little sultan hen. Sophia is a companion bird for me and my severely cross beaked Americana hen named Izzy. Unfortunately while we were visiting clay hole swamp WMA Sophia learned that she loved every ashepit from every campfire for her dust baths I didn't have the heart to stop her because she was having so much fun. I did wash her in dawn and bluing shampoo and it did help, but although she went from dark grey to eight shades whiter she is still dingy. Any recommendations?
Yes, was not sure what product my hen could tolerate washing in sink. Peep got attacked by coyote and too scared to go back in yard. After 3 weeks she will go in gated front patio and by for 60 min. Gotta get her clean with your instructions. TY

I’m sure he drys them off well with a towel first real well and has special heat lamps in the chickens coop. Nice job with bathing that chicken was very well behaved one!
