We continue with my 2024 College Football Predictions with the Texas Tech Red Raiders. #collegefootball #texastechfootball #texastechredraiders Subscribe - @lucasrosssports25
Research! One, Morton started games in 2022 and 2023, second, how can any American not know how to pronounce Abilene? Abilene, KS is one of the storied cities of American history. At Arizona could be the toughest game as they return nearly every player, but they have a new staff. At TCU is tough for Tech, as we are their Super Bowl every year, they even force us to buy tickets to 2 other games to buy Tech game seats, to help fill their stadium. At OSU is tough, but I am not as worried about the ISU game.
Zona lost 4-5 plus players to the portal that will all end up with teams ranked in the top 15. The CB was the highest rated CB in the Pac 12 last year. That and staff make them one to watch but also one that could slide a little. Oner element at play will be Tech having tons of confidence if they are indeed undefeated. ... but for Tech it really comes largely down to QB health. If Morton is 100% they are so much better than people predict. But he has rarely been healthy so there is that.
@@josephterrell2835 Good to know, thank you. Our run D is a big question no one is talking about, people underestimate how good our 2 DTs were. That & we need to find a pass rush.
Nothing against Tech, but people still overlooking WVU is just wild. We beat Tech with our backup QB, and we are going to be a much better team than last year.
@@masonjones3427 Against a team that was supposed to be the worst in the league, how is WVU not being overlooked again this year? WVU performed last year, TT didn't
@@Goeers206 I’m not saying anything about wvu being overlooked. I am saying bragging about beating a team at home with their true freshman 3rd string qb is not really a brag. Especially after only winning by 7.
@@masonjones3427 Wasn't bragging his pick was that you all would beat us and I was saying I think we are being overlooked, never said TT is a bad program
There will probably be a surprise win and a surprise loss, but 8-4 or 7-5 sounds about right. But, keep in mind that Joey McGuire has gone 5-4 in conference play the last 2 seasons at TTU. This was with Oklahoma and Texas in the conference.
I think that TCU will still fell that Georgia 65-7 hangover. That type of beat down doesn't dissipate over 1 year. I think that TTU beats TCU.
Man I wanna say 10-2 first 4 games let me know if they are or a 8-4 I highly doubt they lose more then 4

Morton was the starter most of last year. He didn’t practice between games though due to a shoulder injury.
9-3. They have the deepest and most talent. They’ve had two back to back top 25 classes and now will prob have a 3rd. They are deep
Just saying...Be careful with saying "...and everything" so much. 🙂
Never underestimate Texas Tech's ability to blow games they should win. 7-6
Al-Beanie Christian? .....................Need I say more
I agree either 8-4 or 9-3.
Morton started multiple games and played all year with a tear in his ac joint

We had our 3rd string in most of the game and it was at WVU?
