Calligraphy From Paper To Brick - Episode 01 - Paris, France and the whole documentary series: "Calligraphy From Paper To Brick" are collaboration between Calligraffiti & Calligraphy Masters / Obese & Milenist
This is the first episode we are showing and we are happy and proud to share it with you. It was shoot 6 days in December 2015 with really basic equipment, but after all we are very satisfied with what we managed to do :) Presenting the calligraphy art & calligraphy style of various modern and traditional calligraphers / calligraffiti artists. Each one talking about their visions and presenting their calligraphy letterings.
Hope you all enjoy it, because it's made with really huge passion !!

This is my one best TH-cam video about calligraphy. awesome work of art. I enjoy it a lot because I've been practicing calligraffiti for 15 years now. Calligraffiti . I wouldn't call myself a master, but I know the basic skills. At my school, they taught me calligraphy to help me concentrate in lessons. In year 11, I did my GCSE in art and I got a B. But I asked for a D instead, because I just wanted to pass and not show off. awesome!

Amazing work, this brings information from the whole spectrum. I consume mostly graffiti but loved the small lesson in proper fonts and calligraphy, even when I don't like using that style of letter in particular it was interesting to learn where it comes from. The approach so unique of every writer helps so much too in keeping it in the light of art. Thanks for the documentary and the time you invested in it.

Im just an ordinary writer...I'm being inspired by all of you...first Im gonna pactice stroke order from a standard alphabet and then Im gonna give it my own graffiti twist...is all about style and I like to be original...thank you for the video!

Where is the second episode!
Well there was supposed to be second episode a month or two ago from Berlin, but had technical issues which prevented it ! So hopefully soon !

No matter the talent, vandalism is still vandalism. There is something wasteful about making a piece that will be promptly cleaned off because it was done at an inappropriate place.
Vandalism is part of the graffiti culture. For me, graffiti just make places look better but that's my opinion.
All artists that show pieces only in galeries for rich people come from the streets. Streets are basics for the graffiti culture.
