To improve a healthy back your monitor should have the centre of the screen level with your eyes ensuring your not looking up or down and keeping a straight back not leaning forward as laptops constantly cause everyone to do. You can purchase stands to raise your laptop and use an external keyboard which is better if not using a desktop. It’s best to always every 20min to take a minutes look away from the computer as you will change your focus and blink more ensuring less decline in developing more just short range sight/focus.

You need to find the middle element when all the three arrays are merged into single array in a sorted manner, But the main point is you are not allowed to use any extra space or in short you are not allowed to merge the three arrays. Also it is given that all the arrays have distinct elements(No common element were there in the three arrays).
