The rainbow wasn't created not a creature. Rather it was a sign, placed by God in the sky to remind Him of His promise, never to destroy the world with flood again. Still confirm it in Genesis, after the flood.

That is The Father , the Son and the Holy Spirit EXISTS but the phrase THE NAME OF THE FATHER , SON AND THE HOLY SPIRIT does not exist in Scriptures as having AUTHORITY compared to the name that is given JESUS.
