    I reported this downed crossing sign. You don't need too. Thanks!

    Jason, LP Smartside is not just a standard OSB Plywood. It comes in different colors for different usages. The blue or green color is for walls and roofs and the yellow is for floors. They are rated for extend stays in the weather, insulated ratings and fire resistance. It is manufactured in away that you do not need to wrap your house or building in house wrap to stop wind infiltration. You just tape the seam with Zip tape and you are done. LP also has made a product that you can use to finish the house or build too. It is a pretty neat system if you ask me.

    Saying a big hello from here in the UK - I lived in New London, CT in the 1990s and became hooked on the Providence & Worcester Railroad local freights. I don't know MI or WI but love watching your videos and listening to your commentary - I learn something new in every post and you capture the essence of being a great rail fan! Thank you for all that you do - keep doing it!

    It's worth making that call to report the RXR sign down. Those tracks kind of pop up suddenly.
    Cool vid at new locations. But be safe on those narrow dirt roads. We'd like to keep you around for a while. 👍🇺🇲

    Ya think theres enough buffer cars for the glue tanker? Cool backroads chase, mud & all!, yeah, you should report that crossing sign being down, even though its not on an interstate highway.

    I love the fact that you filmed travelling the gravel road. I miss the Athelstane and Flowages area. My favorite restaurants were the Pantry in Lakewood and The Falls , I think it was near Crivitz. I was young and didn’t pay attention to locations.

    Wow Jason you were booking down that country road ! Beautiful area very pretty, laughed when you drove straight through rhe big puddle & your car got rather wet, inside too! I love that first crossing you drove to, the rails look pretty good too. You should go there to catch trains more often, wondered where the stop sign was? Have a great week sending lots of love from the UK. ❤😊

    Loved the ride-along Jason the shot in the woods remote crossing. Outstanding!! Noticed just a hint of color in a couple of the trees. I have railfanned for years and met all kinds of people. Majority are awesome folks with the same interests in trains. Now Drone Guy seems to be one of the weird ones though. You are right. Guys like that give railfans a bad rep with the railroad companys. Near as I can tell from watching your videos you are the direct opposite. Keep up the good work

    I loved how you chased the train your videos I always like as you film the excitement especially in those remote areas. I think it is great to see a train going by in the peaceful woods of mother nature. Always good idea to have a full tank of gas before doing long chases and to top off the oil so the engine doesn't stop working. Safety first pleasure last. Stay safe

    There are bad apples anywhere and in any group. I have a thought about the mega rail haulers, they might be too heavy for the current condition of the rail

    did anybody notice the plywood/osb was stacked 6 high, instead of 3 high for the Smartside? (for Jason) I recently watched a video of @The Mill Brook Railroad (7.25" gauge), he piled branches on a flatcar "ELS style", and it rocked just like the full size ELS does, except his track is much better.

    They leave the locomotives running because of the air pressure so the train doesn't lose air pressure. That way the crew just jumps on does their thing and goes on their way

    Did you ever report that broken railroad crossing sign?

  • @robertbiesecker9613
    @robertbiesecker9613 ปีที่แล้ว

    They probably left it run, so that they wouldn't have to manually set the brakes on each car to keep the train from accidentally starting to roll on it's own. With the engine running the air system works to keep the train in place so that it doesn't start to roll.

    It’s illegal to fly drones downtown in crowded areas such as downtown or over stadiums and national parks without permission and in certain areas airports etc. also has to be flown at 400 ft

    1:31 - placard 3082 = hazardous waste, liquid, not otherwise specified. .... chemical name says, "methylene diphenyl diisocyanate" -- that doesn't sound like something that should be "n.o.s."! That chemical is one of at least two chemicals that go into making polyurethane. Maybe it went one way with the chemical, and is going back to the chem plant with toxic waste swill.
