    Dipen Thank you so much for sharing your experiences so generously on you tube. We are creating a forest in 1 acre and are using the information from your videos. On the thumb rule for 1000 sq ft could you indicate how much mulch we should use? Also what are the alternatives for perforator or retainer. Since we are working in Nilgiris usual husk, cocopeat etc is not locally availalbe and becomes expenseive for transport. Kindly share alternates.

    To improve the sandy soil, can we add sow dust?

      Sandy soil means you need something that can retain water and maintain humidity. Cocopeat is easily and readily available. Sawdust is useful to improve porosity in clay type soil.
