I disagree I reduced almost 21 kgs in past 6 month only through diet and home workout now I'm 54 kgswhen I started this I was at 75kgs (that's extreme for me)

No bro he was absolutely wrong. I myself was a good example. During my college days I was around 85 and reduced to 68 only by walking and constant abs workout. But I didn't follow a proper diet. I had only dinner and walked around 3 to 4 km. Due to that I reduced my waist to 32 but my thighs remained the same and also faced severe hair loss. Your videos really were an eye opener.
