You don’t HAVE to start off young. I started pole dancing at 28 and I have a lot of associates who are contortionists and have a background in circus performances such as flying trapeze who didn’t start until their 20s, 30s and even 50s and are amazing. Of course starting early, your body is more pliable and flexible. However, people don’t like to talk about this but starting gymnastics or any intense sport that puts a strain on joints and ligaments at such a young age before a child’s body hits puberty can stunt their growth. That’s why many gymnasts are very short (4’11 and below). Luckily, shortness runs on my mother’s side so I’m only 5’2 LOL. I’m going to start learning gymnastics soon as well. Age ain’t nothing but a number in a lot of cases. It’s all about determination, learning the foundations and consistent practice.
So I live by a high school and when I walk by it I look in the window and they have aerial silks, flying trapezes, rings, and hoops. I’m excited for high school!

I am 12 and I wanna do the flying trapeze and silk aerial but if that involves moving across the country to find a good school, I don't know if I could afford that. So if you have tips or something that would be great cus this is something I really wanna do.
If you pray to Mary she won't do anything, I'm warning you to stop praying to Mary if you are and pray to our Lord Jesus Christ. Yes Mary give birth to Jesus but that doesn't mean she's greater than Jesus, no where in the Bible says to pray to her. You're making it seem like Mary is more important than God.

I AM 2 YEARS LATE, SO SORRY BUT ANYWAY i do aerial silks and it can get difficult to breath since you are being very active and a mask can make it worse! you could possibly pass out, and if you do aerial silk and you pass out while on it, even if there is a mat under you, you could get injured or possibly die
