My grandma is definitely The Dowager Duchess, while her sister already had an iPad she used to FaceTime with her grandchildren in the US, when she isn’t visiting then in NYC, and totally embraces it all. My grandma refuses to visit and has no interest in the US and their gadgets.😂😂 But when my Irish American boyfriend ended up in Ethiopian immigration prison during a visit(wrong visa) my grandma only had to make one call and got him out in 2 min, no visa necessary and the officers who drove him over, profusely apologized to her(for enforcing the law I guess) and asked for her forgiveness ! !

    "Why?"
A good lesson for any one. Especially those who think too much.

It's so obvious when Maggie was asked to do this sort of interview, and comment on this she said:
    - I'm sorry, I haven't watched the whole thing just yet, I still haven't opened the box.

    Who doesn't love her? XD
Isabel: "I'll take that as a compliment."
Violet: "I must have said it wrong."
(speaking on the telephone) Violet: "Is this an instrument of communication or torture?"
(I honestly feel the same way about modern day means of communication. I feel like it's getting in the way even, of people properly communicating with each other.)
Voilet: "I'm a woman, Mary. I can be as contrary as I choose." XD XD XD
Rosamund: "I'm sorry, Mamma. But you know me. I have to say what I think."
    Voilet: "Why?"
    XD XD XD
Mary: "I was only going to say Sybil is entitled to her own opinions."
Voilet: "No, she isn't until she's married and then her husband will tell her what her opinions are."
(K, I have to say I hate this one though. XD Having heard this something similar from my grandma when I was a kid, especially since I didn't understand why she would say that because of how my grandfather was - I mean, I loved my grandfather, he was a good man, but he had his flaws and he was not a suitable husband for my grandmother - I definitely hate this line. Actually rolling my eyes. And to think this actually is being said by a woman. *smh* But I won't judge, who people love, how people love. Who can understand everyone? Cause I always thought for instance my grandparents made each other more worse than better but after my granddad died, about a year later after his death, I saw my grandmother ironing clothes, and as she was ironing, she was weeping quietly, but I could still hear her say something like "why did you leave me?" it was then I realized how much she had loved him, even though I didn't understand and I still don't. Guess you don't really choose who you get to love, when you love. I didn't wanna disrupt her, so I quietly took steps back, so she wouldn't hear or see me, and left her alone with her heart, she needed the space. But still, you know... Why do some women say that? How can you say that? Especially when it comes from women who should know better, when they didn't have suitable husbands. How can you say that to another woman / girl? *smh*)
