When I learned ACAD, the firm I was at had mapped all the primary commands to keys on the left hand side of the keyboard so you never even had to light your left hand. Left hand keys, right hand mouse, and once you got it (took maybe a week) you could FLY!
for multiple commands I prefer making a command inside Autocad, add a keyboard shortkey to it and hen use the supermacro addon in streamdeck to trigger the shortkey.

Nice, im planning on using a stream deck for my cad usage, what mouse do you use ? I start to feel pain in my arms from long cad work
I use MX master, but stream deck really helps when drafting in Autocad and i using it also for other stuff

Stream deck it's pretty expensive, but if you are drawing a lot in cad, then it's a life saver!
