How about BANT-HSHS (High Speed Hot Stamping) for your Hot Stamping lines?
Will take approximately 20-25% of your cycle time out (BANT).

Why are so many OEMs going toward integrating everything on the pendant versus a traditional PLC and robot controller?

The car's body won't easy to get rusty and the crashproof ability will better but some automobiles country develop more hi-tech techology such Japan TOYOTA , they are using the nanocrystalline materials in the field of car and it can also play the same effect.

The steel gets to 1500Mpa who it's stronger than cold stamping who gets 500/700Mpa!
In the column of a car is necessary to be strong enough to endure big impacts!
This is the primary reason... the second reason is that the steel won't get rust so easy
