Before I lived in BK, I was in Hoboken for a few years, and love that part of JC. Also, for NYers, it's so close, but feels kind of like being on vacation!
Love Exchange Place.. great place for a scenic walk with NYC behind you! Expensive to stay though lol.. I agree with you, definitely the most diverse city next to NYC..
