The straight answer is that Kami was an incompetent god, just like Shin is an incompetent supreme kai, Kami never really protected Earth, the only thing he did was cause trouble creating Piccolo Daimaoh and letting him roam free wrecking havoc on Earth instead of trying to stop him somehow, even the dragon balls which meant to be a good thing could've fell on evil hands and cause great trouble, just like it did when King Piccolo got them and wished for his youth again, Kami should've at the very least place a password to summon Sheron, just like the Namekians did with Porunga, not a password but you need to speak namekian to summon and make your wishes.
I’m not sure about the manga but in the anime kami did try to warn piccolo during the garlic jr saga when he offered to merge with him because of some disturbance he felt way before trunks ever showed up to begin with and told them of the danger that was coming their way
Kami lives by principles and morals. There are rules he must follow. I bet he knew Trunks time machine would get robbed and that he would be dead when it happened.🤔
Dragon Ball Kami doesn't know the future. He can see everything, but he doesn't know what will happen. He's not Minority Reporting things before they happen. He's closer to a Marvel Watcher than God. It's just that the threats got so strong that he couldn't defend Earth against them.
It's technically all the same series lol In Japan both the "OG version" and "Z" are all part of one singular manga just called "Dragonball" You can even see it on the first volume of Z in the English version. Goku wears the number 17 on his jacket because it's actually the 17th volume of the entirety of Dragonball. What we (and the anime lol) call "Z" is just a time skip. But that even further adds to your point lol Skipping 16 volumes of lore will leave anyone confused.
My headcanon is that Kami is not allowed to directly interfere, though he is allowed to answer questions and offer insight if they approach him. Piccolo is an exception to this as they are one being.
Goku was already strong enough upon arrival from Yardrat to defeat Androids 19 and 20/Dr Gero. Kami absolutely could have told them where the lab was and unless Dr Gero had already completed his work on 17 and 18 and activated them, or got desperate and activated 16, Goku would have stopped him.
@@blackzero786 The DNA is the same. Cell doesnt have, for example, Gokus powers because of his DNA but because of the Red Ribbon Spybot. His power would have remained the same. The DNA only gives him innate abilities like Zenkai, regeneration, Frieza and being able to transform, etc.
@@Angenano Piccolo's Regeneration ability was stronger when he was fused with Kami which is what caught Cell off guard and had him explain his origin story to Piccolo.
I'd always wondered why Kami didn’t say anything about Cell for 4 YEARS!! I know he probably can’t interfere with mortal affairs, but I feel like a second mysterious time machine should’ve been the exception! I mean, what does a guardian do if not fight to protect his planet? I’m actually making my own What-If scenario where Kami did tell SOMEONE! about the 'strange occurrence' he’s felt. Anyway, love the video. It’s always a pleasure to watch.
Kami is more of an observer than a guardian. Has there ever been an instance of Kami doing his job other than when he entered the world martial arts tournament at the end of DB?
Outside of early Kami such as end of Dragon Ball, beginning of DBZ and Garlic Jr. Kami really isn't active or as all knowing as he leads characters to believe.
I can just imagine Mr. Popo and Kami having the following text conversation about this: Mr. Popo: Are you going to tell the Z Fighters about Cell and the Andrioids? Kami: **sends the Captain America "No, I Don't Think I Will" meme**
While I always believed Piccolo was Kami’s responsibility to handle, everything else I think one can say that he couldnt intervine. Not only in DB but basically any fantasy/scifi lore will tell you that gods/deities cannot interfere or intervene in mortal affairs; the most they can do is probably provide advise and wisdom, but you cant expect Kami to go box in the battle field with everyone else lol
I think, seeing how the real world changed the events of the saga, I think an interesting thing that could've happened was Trunks coming to warn about the Androids in the future. It's then suggested to head to the base to take them out after Trunks leave. They head over there to see Gero with an incomplete Android 19 and done away with them both thinking they stopped the threat. Gokou or someone can complain how it wasn't as much fun as to wait until they were ready as they leave. The years went on where they think all is fine when somehow 17 and 18 are released along with 16 in another hidden location that Gero had setup. Trunks comes back to see if everything's fine where the Z Fighters will tell him they took the easy route to deal with them, only to get word on the chaos happening. This would confuse Trunks as they were only supposed to be 2 androids being 17 and 18, which maybe then Kami could give them info on the 2 they got rid of was 19 and 20 as he didn't know that 16, 17, and 18 would've been able to be released on their own without Gero. Vegeta could make some remark on if 19 and 20 were that easy that the lower numbers have to be more obsolete than them, heading out to go take them on his own... which we know what happens when he encounters 18. From then on, the story could play out as normal.
This is the issue with thinking too much into any god that is supposed to be benevolent. When it's time to stop bad things from happening, they remind you that they have all the power to do nothing with.
I don't blame Kami for the Androids because they were some factors that unless Kami had future vision he couldn't know, and while he could have had preparation for the Androids it would come down to are they as bad as Trunks warned about or was their something else that Trunks didn't know and if they were as bad as Trunks claimed it would depend on who would be alive after the Android fight. Also I don't know if Kami could use Teleprothy like king kai does( if anyone does know let me know) if he doesn't have Telephothy then it would make sense he didn't tell them because either they would have to go to the lookout or Kami would have to come down which could risk him of being killed, but if he could then this would come down to Kami decision does he want to end the Androids before it begins and eliminate 2 victims lives or wait to find out what happens and come up with something if the worse scenario happens.
I’ve always wondered, why Kami didn’t tell anyone before about the room of spirit and time? Even Goku who knew the room could’ve take Gohan and train there
I do not think Kami was aware of WHAT was the "source" for his _Premonition of Doom™"_ when Cell arrived from the future. . He just felt that "something was wrong" (in a metaphysical sense) at the moment the time machine arrived (but he did not know where on Earth). This happened while the rest of the namekians were still waiting for their dragon balls to "recharge" to wish Krillin back to life. . Further meditation & communion with the "spirits" of the previous guardians (who may be able to foresee things) only giving him vague hints about "something terrible" slowly brewing (the danger was not "realized" yet, so he was unable to pinpoint it). . It was probably a good thing that no further interference was done until Freeza & his father were killed [either by Goku or mirai!Trunks]; because Dr. Gero was still spying on all of them (so if the presence of Cell was detected, he would then know both: that his "Ultimate Project" would be successful & that time travel is possible). -> There is no way to predict how a "self boost strapping" scheme (exploiting the Butterfly Effect by using the DNA of Cell as a way to send vast amounts of information from the future to himself) could eventually lead.
I reallllllllllllllllllllllly would like to know why Fortune Teller Baba was nixed from DB sagas (post Saiyan Saga). With her being a “fortune teller”; she would’ve been extremely vital (even making Trunks’ introduction obsolete).
In the seen where they find the old mossy time machine, i believe, didn't Future Trunks say that ne and his mom didn't realize the possibility they'd create parallel timelines when they built it and he went from his timeline to this (main) timeline, and thereby didn't think of that things could play out differently in this timeline until too late. I believe that has to do with Kaami, that Kaami could have realized that detail before Future Trunks but in no specific way. That could be why he didn't assume the Androids to necessarily do or be like in Future Trunks own timeline just like that before any more or real proof were to support it. Take it of leave it - that's the only thing i can think off why Kaami didn't see them as an immediate threat. Also why didn't Kaami even tell Piccolo in good time that he DID sense something bad but just was unable to decifer WHAT and how that threat was, but just so Piccoloat least might be abit more attentive himself to if he as well suspect or feel something? Would that been too much to do? Or Goku at some point, maybe. Goku was off pretty much the same reasoning as Kaami about the Androids at first that they hadn't done any real threat yet so he felt it was jumping the fence, not that he sure wanted to still fight them anyway, when so needed.
Thank you kami, now android 17 and 18 are our friends that help save the world, thx android 17 for saving the multiverse and possibly destroyed universes before that, hopefully kami was at the Tournament of Power to see the ramifications of his actions
The whole thing about “Gods not interfering” is Bs when it comes to a global scale I can def understand on a smaller scale but works threatening? Come on
08:00 idk if this is anime only or not, but iirc, either before or after the fight with Vegeta and the others, the 3 androids did take/steal a vehicle and killed some cops and some others on the road. So they still were going around and killing, …. Or it was exclusive to the anime and shouldn’t really be taken into consideration too much.
You know another interesting thought ive had for awhile is why didnt Future Bulma go with Future Gohan to New Namek after the Z fighters were killed? They could have wished bacj Piccolo (and therefore Kami), wished back Vegeta, gathered them at the lookout, Kami would have told them about the Room of Spirit and Time, him and Piccolo fuse, he trains Gohan to be a Super Saiyan, Vegeta unlocked his Super form without training with Trunks so he most likely would have realized after dying that he needed to ascend and gone in by himself then BAM! No more androids 😂
@@songohan5866 yes, Kaio told everyone while they were on the way to the Hospital after the Fight with Vegeta&Nappa Bulma then told how long they would need to get to Namek a
@songohan5866 King Kai knows where New Namek is, but even if he didn't Bulma could have locked on to the Dragon Balls since she k knows how to detect their energy (hence how she built the radar)
First and foremost Andriods are not human beings they do not have energy like human beings and Cell actually came from the future and was in an caccoon stage of a caterpillar which is harder to detect like an insect
I don't think he would have had the bad feeling from cell specifically since in the future trunks timeline you do not have a time-traveling cell, though he was still aware of the androids so its weird he did nothing.
Most logical thing is underestimating humans aka "mortals". He probably thought those characters being mere OG dragon ball level, it was no way Gero could create anything to rival or surpass Goku and the Z fighters after the Saiyan saga.
Kami let the humans live their lives, he didn’t stop the red ribbon in og dragon ball or pilaf gang , he only tried to stop super natural things “demon” king piccolo since he wasn’t part of human lives
12:10 Vegeta would just kill Kami if that was the threat. Also, Kami told Goku to become the next guardian, and Goku basically flipped God off and flew away.
Kami is able to sense energy. He can't just read the worlds thoughts or anything like that. He's not allowed to interfere either. Him getting Goku from Otherworld is actually a big deal and could lose him his position if they weren't so lax on Goku.
Kami is not exactly known for doing things or for being competent. Learned well from his superiors, I guess. Except Enma Daiou, the guy that does all the work while all the other gods sit around doing nothing. A pretty realistic depiction of a bloated bureaucracy, and probably intentional too. Funny stuff, Toriyama, funny stuff.
Well Kami probably didn't know Gero was building the Androids. They don't give off power to sense, and there were plenty of evil guys out there so Gero really wouldn't stick out if Kami could sense that. As for Cell all Kami could sense was something bad was happening but that could have been a multitude of things, After Trunks arrived with the android warning Kami probably assumed that was the bad feeling he had for the last few years in fact he even says something similar to this to Piccolo when he comes to fuse, and by the time Kami actually figured out it was Cell it was already too late
11:08 telling goku this sentence is like trying to keep kel from kenan and kel from drinking orange soda. 😂 But just throwing shit out there. All they wanted was just to kill goku. He could’ve just let them kill him, they go about their business, and they just wish him bak. 😅
Thats one of my favorite things about dragonball. There are alot of choices made in tne story that if changed...can have drastic consequences down the line. Goku learned not to make impulse decisions from the 3 years he spent with kami. As much as he is criticized for giving cell the bean...its likely that they are all killed if he didnt. But what if gohan is killed by cell because he doesnt get the bean and then goku or trunks goes ss2...will it be enough? If it is and goku doesn't die...gohan is wished back...what about buu in 7 years? No ss3...no gotenks...no majin vegeta either...
Funny how in the timelines where goku died of the heart virus, the artificial humans were more violent… maybe they needed goku to direct their killing intent at, to spare the rest of the populace
In the timeline cell came from, I always thought maybe kami did say something because of how evil the androids were. And that’s how trunks could defeat them.
18:30 that is a poor argumentation. Thats saying like one man went to buy milk from a store, and met the love of his life there, they had a family and the family lived for 3 generations, until the grandchildren went to seek opportunities in another country, then a civil war just happened to break out and the grandchildren's children had to live in extreme poverty due to the chaos and destruction. Then one of these later children becomes a soldier and seeing the devide in their people creates a paratrooper army that governs that country with an authoritarian fist. Its asinine to say that the man who went to buy milk is responsible for the war that broke out. Yeah, lots of people died to Demon King Piccolo, but without Demon King Piccolo there might have not been a reason for Master Roshi and Master Shen to become so strong, and there might have not existed Capsule Corp as we know it today, and there might have not existed the elder Son Gohan, Roshi's disciple. That leaves the Earth to be destroyed either by Great Ape Kid Goku, or by Raditz, or maybe humans themselves offed each other.
I'd rather know why none of the Supreme Kais in DBS bothered traveling one week into the future with their timerings to check if their universe would survive the Tournament of Power. That would have saved them a lot of stress.
So I have a question that I hope you can make a video about or drop a link to a video if you have made it I can't find it anywhere. But my question is, where was kami and Mr popo in trunks future? I just feel like between King Kai and kami with the hyperbolic Time chamber they could have easily found a solution, I know the real answer is plot but if anyone can find a lore answer it's you LOL.
Mike answers this in an older video, Goku actually trained in the time chamber in Dragon ball but he almost died so they stopped using it. Then when trunks time travelled to warned them, that’s when they decided to use theroom, otherwise they didn’t know they would need to use it because they didn’t get a warning from Trunks in his own timeline so they were too weak and died before they knew how strong 17, 18 were
Cause Kami’s /dendes’s only job is to create the dragonballs be out of sight on the lookout so that they don’t accidentally get killed for being the weak link in the relationship 😂
Kami secretly became evil After dying in the Saiyan Saga he knew what freedom and lack of responsibility felt like. He didn't even bother telling everyone to use The Room of Spirit & Time. He wanted them all to die so he could die instead of fusing with Piccolo, till Piccolo called him out on being the Guardian
The real life answer I feel is that Toriyama writing style didn't call for it. I think he brout Kami into the story when he thought it would be interesting. But to keep it in lore, lets not forget that this is the same Kami that didn't intervinte when Demon King Piccolo was released, destroyed a major city, took over the around, and announced his plans to destory everything. He also tried to give his job to Goku, who I doubt would be a good god as well. Maybe Kami just hated his job.
If King Piccolo had not come into existence than Majin Buu would have destroyed everybody because what prevented them from waking him up 300 years ago was the fact that King Piccolo had killed most of the earthlings on Earth back then lol The truth is when it comes to being the god of Earth in Dragon Ball is that your job is to watch over and nurture and protect from afar but not to govern, call me probably isn't allowed to interfere with the lives of the earthlings even when they're doing bad things his job is to primarily to watch over them to nurture them to guide them and protect them from mostly foreign threats from things from other worlds like aliens and demons and stuff like that not to do stuff like stop evil organizations like the Red ribbon army because in the end that's their decisions to make in their own ordeals to go through.
I take Kami like the English dub does as a guardian and not as a God I know Toriyama intended that but it makes no sense, Kami is weaker than all the Z fighters and everyone else and any extra powers he had became irrelevant at the start of Z also supreme Kai is established as a God and at least he's as strong as a ssj but Kami is weaker than everyone else besides the fact that Toriyama was writing the story on the whim so things like this cause problems to the story but anyways that's my take
Hey laughingstock, why didn't Goku use instant transmission to keep the androids away from cell? I mean he could literally teleport them to a different planet, and then if cell somehow comes close to getting them, teleport them to a different planet, and so on
Honestly what bugs me even more is that Goku did the same thing on the lookout when he was waiting on Vegeta/trunks training. He could literally teleport anywhere to aid the z-fighters in any way. Teleport Piccolo and or tien earlier away from battle. But no chose to let them nearly die before doing anything. Or maybe in a earlier stage when imp. Cell hadnt surpassed Piccolo yet maybe teleport in front of cells face with piccolo and vegeta and trunks. I dont know man just anything. Or just when he sensed imp.Cell closing in towards Piccolo, 17 and 18. Just tp Piccolo away and Cell has no idea where to go anymore. Problem solved. Vegeta and trunks can then beat up a imp. Cell with ease.
Maybe Kami sees too much. Maybe he has a bad feeling about something twice a week and most of the time it turns out to be nothing important. That’s why he doesn’t tell anyone, because 99% of his warnings would be useless.
Somwthing that always bothered me... Why did 19 & 20 attack some random city instead of going right to Goku's house or somewhere else Goky likely might have been? Gero had to have known because he had spy robots and the other androids had data on where Goku lived too.

Ikr? What’s the point of being “the guardian of earth” if you’re this unreliable
I personally love the cell saga its practically my bible when it comes to my writings with all the red herrings that came from toriyamas editor, i love how it kept you guessing. And im definitely a fan of you laughingstock. May you continue to make toriyama sama proud! ✊️
I did a video on that. it's really fun analyzing the story structure. You can SEE where the story shifted direction.
I love this type of video format. No unnecessary music and edits. Honestly find myself watching through the whole video without skipping in any parts.
bro im literally rewatching cell saga and now u make these videos xd rip toriyama!
This is a new one never heard anyone talk about this topic
Because Kami had a bit of indigestion, but he didn't think it was anything that serious.
Lets see how many get that reference lol
He can't do that kami don't know he was a neamk dude so he could not give Sharon that what are you thinkil king piccolo thought he was a demon
Daaaammmnnnn you beat Kami down worse than Garlic Jr 😂
I like your videos. I been around for over one year now keep it up!
I’m not sure about the manga but in the anime kami did try to warn piccolo during the garlic jr saga when he offered to merge with him because of some disturbance he felt way before trunks ever showed up to begin with and told them of the danger that was coming their way
Ya that's the thing though Garlic Jr isn't even canon. Both the movie and the arc after Namek never happened in the actual story.
@@jaketno ok I’ve heard that the arc wasn’t but the movie was done by akira
Outlaw Star in the background!? You really are a legend!
Kami lives by principles and morals. There are rules he must follow. I bet he knew Trunks time machine would get robbed and that he would be dead when it happened.🤔
Because Toriyama's editor said so.
I think Kami, much like Whis and the angels, cannot intervene
It's these build up chapters that set us up for such an amazing climax. It's so good
Dragon Ball Kami doesn't know the future. He can see everything, but he doesn't know what will happen.
He's not Minority Reporting things before they happen. He's closer to a Marvel Watcher than God.
It's just that the threats got so strong that he couldn't defend Earth against them.
All of this is explained in dragon ball.
Sometimes i think that dbz fans dont know that dragon ball z is a sequel .
Love your content Mike! You're the Best 😊😊❤❤
He low key didn’t want to fuse with piccolo 😂
If Cell had the DNA of Piccolo/Kami's fusion he would've been stronger than what he currently was.
Swear this was my exact thought! Kame said shit we got 4 years till cell grows up I got time to stay myself for a bit 😂😂
Is there a ceremony to become a God like the kami of earth like how do you go from being a normal person to being able to sense divine energy
Kami is more of an observer than a guardian. Has there ever been an instance of Kami doing his job other than when he entered the world martial arts tournament at the end of DB?
This actually a good point Kami probably figured time travel would change the future already but future Kami just dropped the ball
Future Kami was trash.
So I wonder if the cataclysm on Namek that drove Kami to earth is the same event that took Monito to planet Cereal?
Outside of early Kami such as end of Dragon Ball, beginning of DBZ and Garlic Jr. Kami really isn't active or as all knowing as he leads characters to believe.
Kami's old man voice at the start of DBZA was hilarious
I can just imagine Mr. Popo and Kami having the following text conversation about this:
Mr. Popo: Are you going to tell the Z Fighters about Cell and the Andrioids?
Kami: **sends the Captain America "No, I Don't Think I Will" meme**
And he wasn't even distracted by the pool table yet
While I always believed Piccolo was Kami’s responsibility to handle, everything else I think one can say that he couldnt intervine. Not only in DB but basically any fantasy/scifi lore will tell you that gods/deities cannot interfere or intervene in mortal affairs; the most they can do is probably provide advise and wisdom, but you cant expect Kami to go box in the battle field with everyone else lol
He could have at least saved piccolo as he knew he dies if piccolo dies
Better question is why didn't he tell anyone about Super Saiyan God?
Ultimately because it was a half assed concept made years later lol
This is the issue with thinking too much into any god that is supposed to be benevolent. When it's time to stop bad things from happening, they remind you that they have all the power to do nothing with.
Kami: I’m getting too old for this 🤫.
Tfw we'll never get to ask toriyama...
“Who’s Kami?”
-Toriyama probably
With her being a “fortune teller”;
she would’ve been extremely vital (even making Trunks’ introduction obsolete).
Maybe she died ? For me, the only plausible explanation
@@ChrisAtheistshe’s the one who brought Goku to and from Earth in the Buu Saga

Do we know for a fact that in Trunk’s timeline the Androids weren’t attacked first?
Short answer for anything involving the future everybody was nerfed either IQ or power
Good take on this
Heck, Mr Popo could just deal with all these threats as they arise if they cared to. They obviously just prefer chilling on their tower.
Thank you kami, now android 17 and 18 are our friends that help save the world, thx android 17 for saving the multiverse and possibly destroyed universes before that, hopefully kami was at the Tournament of Power to see the ramifications of his actions
That means kami in trunks timeline knew and didn't say a word lol.
And it got him killed
@@khartog01Instant Karma, but it goes to show that the gods in this series suck at their job
The whole thing about “Gods not interfering” is Bs when it comes to a global scale
I can def understand on a smaller scale but works threatening? Come on
He was probably nodding off
He would have, if only they had given him a mahogany desk
Does future bulma know where new namek is?
They never knew about that
@@songohan5866 yes, Kaio told everyone while they were on the way to the Hospital after the Fight with Vegeta&Nappa Bulma then told how long they would need to get to Namek
a
Future King Kai also went quiet 😅
@songohan5866 King Kai knows where New Namek is, but even if he didn't Bulma could have locked on to the Dragon Balls since she k knows how to detect their energy (hence how she built the radar)
Or he was busy on the line with King Yama and king Kai crackin jokes about how he has devilish features.
Hey Mike!! Can u do a video on what if Goku ate a senzu bean right after his battle with Cell?
He basically covered that in his last video but it be neat to see a video on it.
It's on my list.
@LSMMIKE Thanks! lol goku would be able to fight good against the Cell Jr he had.
Worst guardian ever
First and foremost Andriods are not human beings they do not have energy like human beings and Cell actually came from the future and was in an caccoon stage of a caterpillar which is harder to detect like an insect
I don't think he would have had the bad feeling from cell specifically since in the future trunks timeline you do not have a time-traveling cell, though he was still aware of the androids so its weird he did nothing.
I never thought about this
Most logical thing is underestimating humans aka "mortals".
As for Cell all Kami could sense was something bad was happening but that could have been a multitude of things, After Trunks arrived with the android warning Kami probably assumed that was the bad feeling he had for the last few years in fact he even says something similar to this to Piccolo when he comes to fuse, and by the time Kami actually figured out it was Cell it was already too late
thats not exactly kamis power, its the power of the lookout. remember, popo dende and even buu were all able to use the lookout
Toriyama forgot about this as he wrote the story.
Can you make a video explaining the Kai hierarchy?
11:08 telling goku this sentence is like trying to keep kel from kenan and kel from drinking orange soda. 😂
But just throwing shit out there. All they wanted was just to kill goku. He could’ve just let them kill him, they go about their business, and they just wish him bak. 😅
Keep up the good work 🎉🎉🎉🎉
Thats one of my favorite things about dragonball.
He was already dead
Can you make a video why king kai did not get revived from the whish the everyone cell killed?
Then when trunks time travelled to warned them, that’s when they decided to use theroom, otherwise they didn’t know they would need to use it because they didn’t get a warning from Trunks in his own timeline so they were too weak and died before they knew how strong 17, 18 were
Kami was such an idiot, he's the guardian of earth. He had an obligation to let Goku and the others know.
Cause Kami’s /dendes’s only job is to create the dragonballs be out of sight on the lookout so that they don’t accidentally get killed for being the weak link in the relationship 😂
Kami secretly became evil
After dying in the Saiyan Saga he knew what freedom and lack of responsibility felt like.
Sidez it stings to refer ti Toriyama in the past tense like this. Rest in peace legend.
We all know how beaurocratic
t/ after life is
Kami was contracted to a

Eternal King Yema lock 😎
If King Piccolo had not come into existence than Majin Buu would have destroyed everybody because what prevented them from waking him up 300 years ago was the fact that King Piccolo had killed most of the earthlings on Earth back then lol
The truth is when it comes to being the god of Earth in Dragon Ball is that your job is to watch over and nurture and protect from afar but not to govern, call me probably isn't allowed to interfere with the lives of the earthlings even when they're doing bad things his job is to primarily to watch over them to nurture them to guide them and protect them from mostly foreign threats from things from other worlds like aliens and demons and stuff like that not to do stuff like stop evil organizations like the Red ribbon army because in the end that's their decisions to make in their own ordeals to go through.
Question is trunks from Bo jack movie the original trunks
No. But the one from the Android 13 movie might be. Since in that timeline cell was not present and 17 and 18 are nowhere to be seen presumably dead.
The Androids can't be sensed. And Cell...Kami didn't want to act until Cell surfaced and he was certain fusion with Piccolo would work.
This brings up a question. Why doesn't Piccolo have Kamis abilities to see everything? Has anyone ever thought about this??
Isn't there a rule that gods can't intervene in mortals affairs which is why kami did nothing about king Piccolo
Somwthing that always bothered me... Why did 19 & 20 attack some random city instead of going right to Goku's house or somewhere else Goky likely might have been? Gero had to have known because he had spy robots and the other androids had data on where Goku lived too.
