I made this today before my breakfast! I'm preparing my mother's birthday and this is absolutely delicious! I made a tiny little one just for me to try it before her birthday and just tried it. Absolutely FABULOUS.... I made it today & it was a big hit. If u love cheesecake & coffee this is IT. Super delicious. I put more sweetener with few drops of stevia & the flavor of the coffee is strong. It's so heavenly. You can put the cake in the freezer a little & it becomes an ice cream😁 It's seriously super delicious. Thank u my lovely friend ❤❤

@@denisemoye495 I made it at night around 9:00 & it was in the fridge over night. Usually it sets within a few hours. Not sure why in 10 hours it hasn't set!!
@@denisemoye495 it's ok put it in the freezer & check in an hour. U can easily freeze it & when u want to eat,take out a little before eating & it will like ice cream cake😜

How long did yours take to set? Mine still isn’t set and it’s been in the fridge for 10hrs?

Hello Elsie, is it ok to do away with the gelatine?
As this is a no-bake cheesecake, I am afraid that it will not set properly without the gelatin. Do you have a problem with gelatin?
