First thank for addressing this about the Sacred Heart of Jesus. What if there is no Latin mass in the city that one lives in. How would one do an hour at the Adoration chapel if there is not one? You do you go to a Novus order church that is not Latin and do adoration there?
You can do it in your own home i wouldn't set foot in a novus ordo church

Ah yes, another sola scriptura devotee. First off, let me reject your premise out of hand, WE DO NOT WORSHIP BODY PARTS, the log in your eye is mighty large and your clouded eyes see what they want to see. Jesus references his heart in the Bible, "Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls." Matthew 11:29. The earliest reference outside of the Bible to the sacred heart is from St. Justin Martyr, "We the Christians are the true Israel which springs from Christ, for we are carved out of His heart as from a rock." -- St. Justin Martyr (d. 165). At the time, there was unstructured devotion in particular, meditation upon the wounds of Christ and his heart. This became much more concrete due to the influences of St. Bernard of Clairvaux and St. Anselm in the 12th century and then St. Gertrude and St. Mechtild. St. Gertrude in particular has written extensively on her visions and dreams where Jesus gives her a number of messages relating to the sacred heart. We all have our sins to answer for, but if you want to blaspheme go ahead, you'll have to answer to Him, but then again you've already got to answer to Him for breaking his command to keep the Church united. I'll be praying for you.
