In this video I have reviewed this 80 cm /32 Inch budget soft-box from godox after unboxing and setting it up , it comes with a grid and double diffusion its best suited for continuous lights like sl60 , sl150 and so on as the lighting element sits outside of soft-box. The Quality & portability of this soft box is very good & at a price below 3500 Rs its a very good deal.

if you are going to use the soft box with flash & not continuous lighting for video the 1 where the light source is inside will also work its cheap compared to this .

One question: can the already assembled softbox fit in the supplied bag when folded down like an umbrella? Or do you have to disassemble all the pieces every time you want to put it in the bag for travel? Thank you.
Naaa, the skeleton frame, when locked takes shape of ball n when unlocked, takes shape of a narrow cylinder . So you don't need to dismantle the frame. it's extremely easy to carry n setup.

The centre column broke during the first time setup in my case for this model...waiting for a replacement.

I am confused between UL150 Godox light and SL200ii because once you switched off the sl200ii fan so it gives you 50% output...plz suggest which light should i purchase.
their are 2 points to consider
1. Do you have problem if sl200ii goes to half output cos i never use my light more than 55% ne ways and the fans are so silent that you don't need to switch them off .
2 . are you planning to use it as a overhead light only in that case ul150 makes sense as its light unit is a bit lighter than sl200ii cos control and power are in separate unit .
At least considering my usage I will recommend you to get for sl200ii as that extra light output can come handy in tricky situations and in conditions where you want to bounce the light .

Can u tell which light stand you are using in this video ?
its a harison 7 ft stand . but if you are using heavy lights wwith softbox go for the 12ft model as on 7ft the light bends. Detail video on it coming soon

You will find some soft boxes which have the entire light source inside them . such soft boxes will not work as this lights need cooling & hence need to be outside . only head has to be inside the softbox & not entire light , light needs ventilation .
