Please don’t mislead people. He is a central sterile technician which is different from surgical technician. A surgical tech goes to school for 2 years while central sterile technician goes to school for 6 months. Surgical tech works with the surgeon in the OR. Central sterile tech works in the sterile/cleaning of the instruments used in the surgery. They are not in the OR. In the OR there is a circulator nurse, surgical tech or a scrub nurse , registered nurse first assistant, anesthesiologist and the surgeons. Ask him the name of the school? Even if you went to school online, there is a name for every school.

No. US immigration laws makes it eligible for your parent to file for you just that when you’re above 21 at the time of filing, it takes a bit longer compared to someone who is under the age of 21.so archipalago isn’t lying. As I said, read read read lol
That is the only part in his interview that’s true. A parent can file for their children anytime as there is no cap on the age limit. Ghanaians who are US citizen tend to file for the children before they turn 18 so they can automatically qualify to be a US citizen. If you file for you child who is above 18, they don’t automatically qualify for the citizen, you child would have to apply for a US citizenship on his/her own.

What Achepalago claims to be doing of which I personally don’t believe him is ,After medical surgeons do surgery the knifes and the tools the doctors use they are the ones being him Achepalago For example when you eat from your home it may not be common in Ghana but for example in America not every body has it but majority of the homes do have it.
After eating you can just put your plates inside the dishwasher just to wash it
The same way when medical doctors finish surgery the medical instruments they use to perform the surgery there is a machine just like the dishwasher or dishwashing machine.

And who said full time uber drivers are considered lazy? FT drivers work at least 50 hours a week and make more than 3000 usd a week. Come again if u have no idea. As for sterile processing, it depends on the schedule that you choose. Some finish as early as within 3 weeks, and others take it for as long as three months.
