- Back to the 2003 show! Live at Montreux! One of the most classic and well known Yes songs. They just used this song in a movie trailer so maybe there is hope for folks to fall in love with this band like I have. Thank you to our alpha patron Coquina for this great pick!

If you’d like to donate to the channel or just show your appreciation, all the details are below. I created this channel for my daughter, so she has videos of her father talking and doing something he enjoys(listening to music and talking about it) since I don’t have any of those of my father. :) thank you again for your generosity guys, I appreciate you all more then you will ever know.

Just gotta love Yes & this tune is one of their best. Thank You.
Saw them on this same tour in Minneapolis, 2003. I’d seen them before in large venues, but they really shine in a smaller house.
A great Yes song!
I’m so glad everyone enjoyed it! It’s such a great performance. Jon is graceful as usual. His wife is celebrating the music in the back off stage right. Chris’ steady pulsing bass makes me feel so happy. I love it the most! Steve, Rick, and Alan 💖 They still enjoy being Yes!🙂
"All we are saying.
Is Give Peace a Chance!" A nod to John and Yoko.
Indeed Laura ❤
Thanks for this amazing pick, Coquina! Wonderful! :)
You’re welcome, Snoops!🙂❤️
A great jam. Danceable and yet intimate in any venue.
Saw them 15 times. Glorious band. Tip notch performers
Saw Jon and The Band Geeks last night. They covered this. It was absolutely AWESOME. They are great musicians!
Can't wait. YES-Saturdays are the best.
Hey Jeff. One of their best shows indeed 😊
Thanks for this request. I’ve never seen this before
❤️My pleasure!
Thank you, Lee!
The five of them are so glorious! 😀
Nice thumbnail!👍🏼
Thanks for sponsoring another great Yes Saturday Coquina! Loved this selection! 🔊🎤🥁🎸🎹🎶🔥

❤️My pleasure, Richard!
I saw yes in 1974 at Cornell University doing tails from topographical oceans and close to the edge plus a little bit of fragile still fresh in my mind
Great song
My favorite band!!!
Awaken was fabulous from this Show too.
🎶❤️🎶
Saw Yes 2 times. 1973 and 2005.
Hey Lee! This is a great show from the jazz festival in Switzerland. Takes YES back to where they recorded the Going For The One album. Check out more from this show!🎵🎼🎶👍😎
Hey Jeff. Also Lugano Jazz Fest 😊❤
@@mattleppard1964I have that dvd also. Great show in the rain. Awesome setting in the town square!👍😎
As an audiophile 2wice your age, I'm enjoying watching your musical tastes develop over many moons. It is truly fascinating. Love your dedication and honest love for the music!!! It shows! Keep 'er Rockin' Now!!!
🎶🎶🎵🎶🔥💯✌️🇺🇸🇵🇸
Just saw Jon with The Band Geeks yesterday, they killed it, the tour is still going, go see them.
Going to see them tomorrow 9/15. Can’t wait.
Thanks! Great song
Yes Saturn Day ❤❤❤
Penultimate! Yes!
Keys to Ascension was released in volumes 1 and 2 both being 2 CD packages that featured recordings made during a multi night engagement in San Louis Obispo CA upon the return of the early seventies lineup. Included on these two volumes new studio recordings were added.
A DVD was also issued that shows the onstage recordings contained on both CD volumes. Rick brought some killer subwoofers and used them sparingly but for killer effect adding some gut punching punctuations to several of the classic pieces.
The studio recordings on the 2 CD volumes are quite rare and largely unknown. You might give those a listen at some point.
YES .. great as always ... nice video
Can’t wait to see Jon tomorrow night at the Keswick, was surprised to see tickets still available today, I remember this tour and it was amazing, they sounded so good!
I’ll be there too. Can’t wait!
YES☀️ Hope so!
Hi @sharondavid-melly1498! For some reason my replies to your thanks on the Rufus Wainwright video just wouldn’t go through!
I say now, you’re welcome ❤️
Jon recently has a new album out with The Band Geeks. I bought it, and it's fucking amazing. It's like Yes - with lots of cayenne pepper.
We’ve done two tracks from it! Next month we are doing all of it. Can’t wait
🤩
You are amazing, Lee. Awesome reaction
Great request, as usual from Coquina.
Lee, I’m glad you enjoyed this penultimate 🙂 Yes song! It was a nice review.
From a Yes Saturday I found out about Birthright, which is spectacular!! ❤️
There is a ton of Yes music you have yet to hear. Maybe you can react to some 1990s Yes. Six albums with studio tracks. Two with Rabin, five with Howe. Union has both guitarists on it.
Please return to "The Ladder." Performances from "Symphonic Live"--some of the epics there.
Please react to Chris performing The Fish from this same venue.
Suggestions: Talk “I am waiting” and “state of play”. Union “Angkor wat” and “evensong” (both are short and could be 1 video). Union “The more we live - let go”. Big Generator “holy lamb” and “shoot high aim low” and I’m running”
Please listen to Yesshows, it has an amazing live versiom of Ritual on it.
The version of "Your Move/All Good People" from the "YESSONGS" album is still the best!
Well, I'm satisfied...
But are you on your way
Probably my fav Yes song except Soon.
@L33 Have you done Soon yet?
I did not know this was about a chess game till someone told me.
can't comment now, i'm paying bills
I suggest the live version of " The Revealing Science of God" on The Keys to Ascension album for next Saturday .
Thanks for your wonderful explanation how it is a shame that so many people don't know such wonderful songs as Gates of delirium and revealing silence of God, hopefully with your endorsement they will😊😊😅
suggestions include "Awaken" and "Gates of Delirium" and "And You And I" and many others
L33Reacts you need to do a song called "Three of a Perfect Pair" by King Crimson. The album is also this same name. Very good stuff 👏
Jon is still so young here, and Chris and Alan are still alive. Think this is 2003. It would only be another year of Bliss and then Jon got sick and Chris didn't want to wait for Jon to recover and Chris pulled a straight up dick move and replaced him. And YES have never been the same since. It's fucking sad, So many years wasted that could have been spent creating new magical musical wonders. I love Chris Squire, but that really was a dick move on his part. almost 20 years now of YES without Jon Anderson, and in my opinion, it is just YES without Jon.
L33... my friend, no more Genesis here ? I mean the true and unique 70's Genesis, "One for the Vine"... wich is the best Collins true Genesis era (75/78) song, along the trilogy wich closes W&W album.
I mean if someone requests it, sure. I’ve devoted a shit ton of videos for genesis so it’s hard to really find time for them when I have bands I haven’t really dove into yet. But I am always willing to hear something good :)
@@L33Reacts try white mountain from trespass
Interesting to see Jon leave his little platform that makes up for his lack of height.
