    Did you use the normal blades Warren 5 and 7 r.. made the guitar box you did and it was so easy after watching your last video I was thrilled with it. Keep up posting, you make scrolling so much easier. 😃

      Yes Anne 9 times out of 10 I always use the 5 reverse with hardwoods and the 7 reverse tooth for softer woods

    That is incredible with the way the wood grain contrasts.

    which blade do you use, since the ones I bought are very fragile, break easily with MT! Here in Brazil I have not seen a blade as good as I see in your videos ... Congratulations on the beautiful work, I am your fan! I have one of Makita brand that by the way is very good. Success friend.

    Well Warren I think that's my favourite piece out of all your scroll work but I'm bias of course with me being Scottish,if you do make another one try reversing top and bottom in the design so the lid slips over on the outside which will avoid any trinkets from stopping the lid closing right down. It looks beautiful,keep them coming big pal

    • @SCRAPWOODTOCRAFTWOOD
      @SCRAPWOODTOCRAFTWOOD  5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Cheers ricky I only realised later I'd glued the bloody thing up wrong haha still looks ok though I'm not really happy with how the sapele is shredding I think it's because it's cut so thin it has been claimed by the daughter and is currently sitting on her dresser

    • @pikricky
      @pikricky 5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@SCRAPWOODTOCRAFTWOOD it looks great,you can hardly notice the hairline cracks in the sapele,the combination of the diferent woods make the piece,the lid is a style of Celtic love knot but its not a traditional one,Celtic love knots have no beginning and no end to symbolise never ending love ( wee Scottish fact for you there Warren 😂😂) keep them coming big pal 👍

      Thanks for the amazing comment my friend it's comments like this that inspire me to keep going thank you the planer is going great on 1 thing that I don't like about it is the amount of sawdust coming out the in feed side even though it is hooked up to my shop vac but it does produce smooth wood
