  • It's Takeuchi's 15 tonne machine, but it doesn't have Brandon from Elite Earthworks at the controls. And if you haven't seen ‪@eliteearthworksllc‬'s channel, please check it out after you finish this video, he's got some brilliant content on it.
Here we have the Takeuchi TB 21450R (that's the one with the standard boom, and not the centrally mounted king post variant.) from Entrapaulus digging a basement in sticky dirt. After refueling his machine, the operator finishes by digging a sump hole for a water pump to keep the bottom of the excavation dry.
I made the mistake of hand-holding the wrong camera, so it needed a lot of stabilizing in post to make the footage acceptable.
Special thanks to the people at Entrapaulus!

Thank you for the mention! I really appreciate that! I love the 2150 such a smooth and quick machine. That 2150R has a ton of reach! Great video!

It's a brilliant machine, I was very lucky to see it work in my area. As far as I know there are only a handful of the large Takeuchis in the country.

Another great video😎👍. It was a strange quick connect system that the machine had!? 🤔. Did he had tilt system in the quick coupler too?? I have never seen that system before 🫣🙂

It's called 'Powertilt', it's a bucket tilting attachment that doesn't use hydraulic cylinders. I've mostly seen them sold and advertised by the German distributor of Takeuchi diggers.

Powertilt is very common here on smaller excavators and wheeled excavators. Sometimes combined with OilQuick.

@@peon9282 here in Norway we only have rototilt on our machine. I think almost every excavator under 30 ton have it😊👍
