Quinn played terrible the first game but to say that “it was not the offensive lines fault for all the sacks” is absolutely outrageous! That offensive line could not block anybody that day, they kept losing their one on ones even the great Kelvin Banks was getting beat. That’s the worse take in all of the internet.
I agree for the most part but ewers still had a few situations with open receivers that he had plenty of time to throw but just chose not to. You lose your job for that in the NFL.
Yeah.. ewers got hit a few times early and realized the ball needs to get out. The OC never acknowledged that the line was consistently under duress and never adjusted play calling. It's like they spent 4 quarters trying to throw a knockout blow when they should have went for 3 to yard pickups
The ongoing issue with Georgia is dropped passes. The other issue for the first half of the season was wide receiver experience and not running the route correctly. Through the last three games, Carson Beck has thrown 11 touchdowns with zero interceptions. The last thing we need and it’s a tall order. We need our running back room healthier than what it has been for the last two games. We are depleted at that position and it has made us very much a one dimensional team. I believe we are going to get Robinson back for the game, which would then allow us to have inside runs which we desperately needed lastly, Mike Bobo has not been utilizing our tight ends as much this year, which has been a concern because we are unable to wear teams down When we can’t run the ball or pass to a tight end up the middle. I think this game against Texas will be close. I don’t think we’ll be able to get after the quarterback like we did the first meeting however I look at total point scored, and if Texas‘s identity has evolved into a running mentality, I do believe we will win as long as we can have more time of possession than they do.
On defense, Texas has to stop Georgia’s run to force Georgia to have to beat them through the air. Beck’s a great QB who is super talented but he has a tendency to force passes he shouldn’t against good coverage and we have the ball hawks in the secondary to create more interception opportunities. I want Beck to throw against our secondary a lot.
The problem with Beck is mainly drops. The amount of drops for Georgie this year is insane. Every single game there’s huge drops early in the game and if you’ve ever played QB you know how deflating that is. Don’t forget that beck is 11-0 td/int in the last 3 games even with the drops. Went for 350yds 2td 0int against an elite Tennessee defense. I also think we need to stop focusing on losses when it comes to conference championship games. If Georgia loses yes, they’ll be a 3 loss team, but they’ll also still be a 10 win team. I don’t see how Tennessee at 10-2 would jump a 10-3 Georgia when Georgia owns the h2h.
These guys smell their own farts on their opinions, but they make a good point. Texas offense has been mediocre the last 3 weeks and as a Texas fan, that has me big time scared.
why did these guys say carson had Lad and Bowers all last year to work with? They were literally hurt almost the whole season. UGA's leads with the most drops in CF this year which is crazy.
My Texas Longhorns will beat the Georgia Bulldogs in the SEC Championship Game by eleven points 38-27 and let’s be honest here Texas is the better team than Georgia. And Quinn Ewers is better than Carson Beck let’s be honest here

Texas defense playing average better and Ewers play best game last week dont throw interception get sack .turn over or penalties this game should be 28 24 horns win
Texass has had one of the easiest schedules in the conference. I'd love to see their record if they had to play our schedule this year. I am sure they'd have at least 2 losses or more. This year was a GIFT to them playing some of the weakest teams in the conference.
For the last 20 years all football fans heard from SEC fans was “there are no easy schedules in the SEC” and “every week is a war in the sec”. Then when a team that actually threatens them joins the conference, suddenly for the first time ever football fans are hearing SEC fan bases coming up with this hypocritical bs about “Texas had one of the easiest schedules in the conference!” Bunch of goalpost moving hypocrits.

Quinn had a couple of deep shots if he would have let it rip. He wasn't seeing the field well that's why a lot of sacks happened.
@@calvinjohnson112he wasn’t seeing it cause his OL was getting beat.

YOu have no clue as to what you're talking about. Go watch the all 22. The offensive line was not bad at all. Quinn was self sacking himself...
No short lease guys. Not happening. Quinn was coming off two injury. You might do your homework. Respectfully. Blessings
How about Bobo & Beck decide to not throw the ball to 11 on the 1st drive. Use the TE room please.

Georgia isn't going to score 20 on Texas's defense they way they are playing.
The only reason they scored 30 on them last time was because of Ewers bum ass turning the ball over
The offense for Georgia has been getting better lol what you mean? Texas offense hasn’t been doing to good lol
