When you listen to this song, imagine this: A lonely child sits underneath a tree stump afraid of his former friends. 2 twins who didn't want to leave him to suffer come to his aid. They have fun, but see that he's a troublemaker. One day he plays a prank, stealing a supposed harmless mask from a salesman aware of the hateful presence within. Seeing this broken child the mask manipulates his fear and self-loathing. Intent on turning him into a puppet and being controlled by him. Promising him he won't be alone but never truly wanting to help this alone child. Turning him into a means to an end to inflict misery and death. Trapping his former friends away in darkness, for a sadistic plan rooted in lack of empathy. In an endless loop of time the people suffer, blaming the lonely child for actions he had no control over. Yet one boy and the second twin don't give up on the suffering people, and neither do the lonely child's former friends give up on him. The mask of evil destroyed, the child is left ashamed, alone, until he realized his former friends never hated him at all and still thought of him as a friend.
