thanks, its a shame that only rallyx is included. i've tried a cheat engine hack to allow any car / track but its very fiddly to get working, especially with 2 or more instances.
Does this still work because I can't get it to function. I launch two game instances through Nucleus and right when the PVP session is about to start I get a lost connection error on both instances. I got other steam games to function through Nucleus like TT Isle of Men 2 but I can't get this one to work. The Nucleus Dirt Rally instances also aren't able to connect to RaceNet which may be the culprit? Booting the game normally through Steam connects to RaceNet just fine.
sorry, just checked it, it works fine here did you allow the game access to the internet? (i usually get a prompt when the game runs the first time). the game mode should be accessed by career > pvp events then one player creates event others can just do quick join.
@@GenjuroKibagami It's accepted by the windows Firewall, I just checked. I did set the game modes as described and the two instances always find each other but as soon as the instances finished loading up the race map instance 2 gets a connection error. Did your nucleus instances connect to RaceNet at boot up?
@@KayJay_EU racenet will not work with this script dont worry about that being the culprit. cant think what the issue might be. ive tried this with one of the oldest nucleuscoop builds and one of the newer ones. worked with both.
Thanks man, I'm having a blast racing with my brother, it's a shame most racing games nowadays don't have splitscreen gameplay mechanics.
