- Performing autumn pruning of an overgrown coniferous hedge from Thuja, I wanted to do it as soon as possible, but on the other hand there was a roadway for city buses that passed at intervals of 20 minutes, and this greatly distracted me from work, since I had to constantly look around.

Indeed, the hedge isolates well both from prying eyes and from passing buses.
We have " speed bumps" in roads to make traffic stay slow. Those barriers you have are very interesting! Bus sure takes up whole road! Crazy spot for sure! Fabulous job once again!

I guess the road is blocked for all vehicles except bycicles and public busses. Eyery time a bus aproaches the barrier goes down

I have a few hedges in front of my house and a few of my neighbors also have hedges but the hedges either are 3’ to 4’ tall, either next to the walk path to the front porch or up against a fence like a nice decorative look. Easier to maintain and less work to do on the trimming. And it looks pretty! Lol 😉☺️.. we put up a few small solar up lights near the hedges and front of the house, at night it looks really nice,too. 😁🇺🇸

Great job. Your lines are wonderfully straight. The top leveling was especially satisfying. Such a beautiful, healthy hedge. I hate to see when the green is trimmed back and what's left just looks so brown and dead. This one's really lovely.

Vielen Dank für Ihren Kommentar, ja, ich musste noch einmal mit dieser Hecke Sport treiben😂. Eigentlich muss ich die Kamera ungefähr alle 1 bis 3 Minuten neu anordnen , mit Ausnahme einiger Momente , die bis zu 10 Minuten dauern können, aber das ist selten.🥴
Wonderful result as usual. Maybe when you’re on the street trimming you should put an orange cone out to alert drivers that you are working in the area. Safety first.

The above is a very good suggestion: put out cones and a street sign warning of maintenance ahead. That is dangerous. However, you did an excellent, beautiful job. As a homeowner I would never have that kind of hedge -- I wouldn't be able to maintain it.

All the tall hedges you prune are just amazing. I would love to have something like that as a privacy feature but the deer would think I’m inviting them to dine and by looking at the trimming jobs I see around my town I’m not sure I could find anyone to measure up. Really beautiful work 😊😊😊

You really should suggest to them that they cut those tree branches above the hedge. They cause the hedge to stop growing in height and rapidly start to widen as it searches for light.
Yes they create shade, I told them about it, I think I will do the job in the winter!

Those hedges really create a nice little oasis of privacy for those homeowners. That barrier that goes up and down for buses only is interesting! What did you spray on your trimmers? Silicon?

Wow, that's what i call a hedge, the most cities or communities in Germany did not allow such high hedges in the urban area.
