    Thank you so much for posting this lovely Christmas barre without intros. I've been thinking for a while now, of letting go of the barre on the port de bras down, i.e. cambre's forward. The barre shoulder is always pulled out of alignment, not a good way to train body memory, plus the barre isn't necessary at that moment. The music is beautiful, David Plumpton has the best ballet class music out there, it's virtually all I ever use now, especially for adult class.

    You and your tutorials are wonderful. Thanks for this workout, I love it. In terms of difficulty, it is ideal for me as an advanced dancer, because I find training online more difficult than in practice. More for beginners / intermediates, please.Your videos with and without intros are also great. I always try about 5 trainings with intros first and then only without.That works wonderfully. If I still had one wish: Your warm-up stretching videos and after-barree stretching videos would also be great without intros. Merry Christmas, you save my lockdown!

    Hello 😊 I’m beginning to learn a bit of ballet before I can go to a studio after covid with your videos and I wanted to ask if you have any tips on not leaning into the barre (or my chair) I know that I need to learn that my hips stay in place and square but I was just wondering if there are any exercises to improve that 😊😊

    • @GS-ys3xv
      @GS-ys3xv 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Personally I practice lifting my hand here and there. Or make sure I don’t grip the barre, just set my hand on it so to speak. Hopefully that helps. (Also calf and ab exercises always improve balance!)

    Dear Katherine, i love the exercises, but i wouldn't consider at all for beginners. They are elaborated and require some technique to do them properly.
    I hope you consider my coment in a positive way.
    I congrat all your work ❤️
