Hyundai i40 Parking Sensor Fault Diagnosis

This Hyundai i40 came to me with a parking sensor system fault. In this video I run through my diagnosis. Unfortunately the customer declined the repair due to the astronomical price of the sensors. Hopefully he will have them done in the future. Enjoy

I don’t have those round sensors. Are there other types behind the bumper that use radar? I used to have a beep and now I don’t.

pozdrav molim vas ako mi mozete rec u cemu je problem jedan park sensor mi nije radio upalila mi se greska na kontrolnoj tabli zamijenio taj koji nije valjo ugasio mi je gresku al ne radi dobro stalno pišti kad ubacim u rikverc dali treba resetirat ili uparit na diagnostici hvala u naprijed

I am a bit worried after watching this video. Today while driving the car in rains, I suddenly started getting parking failure indication on my instrument cluster. I had performed the reverse before getting on the road but then I didn't get any kind of an error. I am wondering what might be the issue.

Interesting that the inner sensors suffers from corrosion like that . Car part prices are ridiculous right now that is if you can get it . Cheers mate 👍

I was trying to find electrical circuit diagram for i40 and I found only for i30. Could you share the link where do you find such diagram for rear and front ?
