Do you have the credits for the dancers? These are always fun, but one or two, while getting around lots of times, don't bring the foot all the way to the knee during single fouettes, then overcross the working foot when they pull in for multiple turns. Just sayin...Still, some pretty amazing stuff, like the fellow who does attitude turn, stops still in releve and extends to arabesque and the girl doing the "Russian" Black Swan Variation who just keeps turning on that second phrase! What control!
pirouettes you put your foot down and push off the floor in between each turn to gain power/momentum, where as fouettés you whip your leg around to gain momentum. then again “pirouette” literally means “to turn” in french, so fouettés are technically pirouettes
A pirouette starts from 2 feet on the floor (usually 4th or 5th position, but may be from 2nd) and finishes as well. A fouette starts and finish on 1 feet only. A series of fouettes often starts with a pirouette to launch the movement.
I used to dream that I could do "endless" pirouettes ... woke up exhausted every time! I think brain and body were conspiring!
Ahahaha nice one 😂😂 it's like saying "I did 10 pirouettes once in my life. Then I woke up" 😜
I ALSO dream I can do pirouettes!~ its crazy.
That happens often to me too and I wake up so happy hahahaha!
Stunning. I miss my ballet days so much
Beautiful, elegant, powerful, wonderful.
Thanks for your feedback ❤️

I have a lot if respect for the guys that do this, I mean, think of the prejudice they likely faced for it.
Or they could be "normal" and hang out at the gym and meet guys...

What's the difference between fouette and pirouette turns?
Pirouette has your leg in a 4. Foettes have your leg extended to the side and you kinda jump a little bit

Who is the one wiith the white dress? almost at the end of the vido?.
I wonder too who the girl is dancing Tschaikovski pas de deux...
Her dress is in fact pale blue and this is Aurélie Dupont in Balanchine's Tchaikovsky Pas de Deux.
