What's wrong about it is knowing you have influence and choosing to share things about your diet such as 1390 calories being more than your daily intake which is not really enough for any one. Not trying to be disrespectful, its so hard to be a woman today without internalising media messaging about what weight and aesthetic is most "desirable". And I don't think its ever right to shame women for choosing to subscribe to these ideals to make themselves feel more validated. But I also don't think its right to reinforce the legitimacy of undeniably negative practices such as calorie restriction and labelling foods as "bad" and "calorific"

you guys are ridiculous i'm 5ft4 and very sedentary, I only burn 1500 calories a day. I'd gain a lot if i started eating 2000+ it varies with activity levels and height.
I think it was a good idea to start with something savoury, usually people start with donuts or something really sweet and it makes them feel sick from the beginning!!

And everyone else as well.... you all just see the amount of calories she's eating but it depends on so much more.... and if you watch her vlogs or vids from 3 years ago or summat then you'll see that she looks literally the same (like her body hasn't changed drastically!!) Means that she isnt 'starving' herself and her body gets what it needs. And if you all are SO WELL-EDUCATED then please explain why she looks absolutely healthy (hair shiny, good skin, isn't too pale etc) Some people dont need 2000 calories a day and that's totally fine! Shes an adult and really independent and knows what she does! And if you watch and hear carefully then you might hear that she said more than once that she eats rellay healthy and lives a healthy lifestyle. Respect everyone and treat everyone with kindness! There is absolutely no way I could do this. I eat a lot but I get full so quickly. I definitely couldn't eat that whole pack of biscuits nor all that chicken. 🤮🤮
Feel like maybe it would have been a bit easier if you didn’t eat as much pastry in the morning because I imagine that would be so filling😂 McDonald’s and chocolate biscuits is defo a good way to get so many calories in and not feel too full like with pastry xx
if you do this again, you should get stuff like flapjack trays/ shortbreads because i think they’re quite high in calories and easy to eat.. ALSO NUTS! Major tip: if you are doing liquid calories then just drink a soda or something high in sugar. If not just ask what the highest calorie meal is
