Very useful video. I'm from Chennai, bought the same machine a year back I have the same problem called the technician and told him to remove the pulsator and clean it. Previous technician said they will never do that and kept telling us to buy descaling powder as many required as possible and put it. Made no difference. Raised complaint with call center on the same and technician declined again to open and clean. They are saying will charge me money to open it! I had no problems with Whirlpool and I deeply regret buying IFB. 😢

Meri bhi same machine hai but mai ismai acid se saaf karti hoo bhut ashe se ho jati hai acid dalke thoda der shod do fir usme shampoo dal ke chla de bilkul neat and clean ho jati hai ander tak mane khol ke bhi ase hi saaf karti hoo har six month mai agar clean vala powder na mile to acid is good option
It will be harmful further. It will turned the tub blackish slowly.
Nice video, but there's two points you seems to have missed
1. The internal cover of tub has a screw which is hidden behind all that dirt. It has to be removed.
2. Even after removing the screw, tub cover is not easily removable. I tried but gave up that it might damage the holes through which I was yanking.
