Interesting to hear that the UK is looking at this change. Here in the US those parking spaces and the badges are reserved for folks who have mobility issues, some type of physical impairment that makes it harder.to walk long distances :)

Yeah well it's in place in Wales, Scotland etc but not in England where I'm from. Didn't realise the US did these as well, I'm not surprised it's just not something you think of really. :)

I agree... I'm not familiar enough with the scheme because it doesn't cover autism (yet) so I don't know whether the passes are interchangeable or specific to a vehicle (which I suspect it might be). If it is, then it'll make little difference to me as it'd go to their mother/car rather than mine. But it's a nuisance going shopping or something and taking them because any hint of a car being remotely near is like panic stations.

I think it's specific to the person rather than the vehicle (Don't hold me to this, I'll have to find out). Also I think you could use it as long the person that the badge is for is in the vehicle 😊

I think that you should get it if you *genuinely* need it
but I don't see myself using a handicapped parking because I'm technically able bodied

Great video, Andy. I agree that Autistic people should be entitled to have a blue badge. The Government actually allowed people with Autism to have a blue badge - I had one until I was 10 because the relegations had been changed. It was so beneficial (even though I was a passenger) because it made things a lot easier for my family. Hopefully, this change will happen very soon. 🤞🙂⭐️✨

Aww thank you Sez. Ooh really? That must have been ages ago because I don't remember that. Yeah I agree it makes things easier and more accessible. :) Again thank you so much for your support!

Ok why do you think that? I've stated the case for why autistic people and families would benefit from it.

I with you when it comes to shopping in a supermarket. I always find it too bright for my liking.

Hmm yeah I know what you mean. However when there are quiet hours, they tend to be alot dimmer.
