@@missbootoyoutoo77 because in many countries tap water is filtered sewage water or grey water. Also many households don't have basic filters on water coming from the main (canister filters) also alot of chemicals are used to purify the water, which can come through your tap. If you studied chemistry and water quality you would know. Many places the water is very "hard" and can contain alot of chlorine or have a "metal" taste.
