      My Mother was taking Statins and her mind was very confused I took her off them and within a couple of days her mind "woke up" .... She became articulate again and she started reading again for the first time in several months... It was truly miraculous and those who lived with her in the retirement village were astonished and amazed.... Many followed along themselves and the amount of elderly patients on Statins reduced markedly with good results... So if you are feeling that you or a loved one can do better...

    As a doctor will tell you if you bring these concerns to them , it's quality of life , meaning do you want to feel better? Or do you not ? The food and drug administration has done nothing for years about harmful chemicals so called medications . Obviously big pharma is only focused on your money, life doesn't mean squat to them . We're taking medications that have been tested on lab rats and they died . Sweet -n - low even posts that on their sweetener . It's so ridiculous that our health and life doesn't mean anything to anyone but ourselves . Stay as healthy as possible America .

      Human bodies can heal from many things, given the right nutritions. All and including B vitamins in their appropriate forms, amino acids from various land and sea meats, fatty acids from animal fats, electrolyte, salts, iodine and other minerals.

      How refreshing to see someone in the medical profession talking sense! We will see an improvement in health treatments and indeed, everyday healthcare and household products and food when animal research is eliminated and consigned to the history books. As is stated by yourself, and noted and recorded in scientific journals, these precious animals lives have been abused with unimaginable cruelty with noxious chemicals and substances and horrific un-anaesthetised treatments and surgeries, only for results to be binned and ignored. Pharmaceutical/chemical/medical/research = money. This is major scientific fraud, and those responsible for these crimes that have affected (injured and killed from serious side affects) billions of people and animals worldwide, should be locked up for everyone's safety.

      Don't eat processed shit, UPF foods, high in carbs, starch and sugar, additives, stabilisers, sweetness, preservatives which is pretty much the whole food industry. These 'foods' are literally killing you. Eat a strict clean Keto diet and do intermittent fasting. Even better eat a Carnivore diet. Inflammation and pretty much most medical conditions will disappear. You will feel so very healthy. I was eating a Keto diet with IF for 4-5 years with great success, but have now just started eating carnivore diet, just meat, eggs, sardines, butter and I feel absolutely bloody fantastic. I have cut out veggies and salad, nuts and seeds that I was eating on Keto which btw I loved, but the benefits of doing and eating carnivore have been even greater. No more skin issues and all my joints feel great. I am pushing 60 but feel like I am 19 again. I do HIIT and lift weights (not body building) to maintain muscle mass as sarcopenia is a real problem as you age. Brain fog has completely gone. My mind is as sharp as a pin.

    The doctors prescribe what get them paid. It does not matter to them what bad fortunes befalls upon their patients. You know, the patients, someone's grandparents, parents, brother, sister, friend, role model, someone who is everything to someone, your wife, your husband, your childhood friend, that person that makes your world a little brighter even if you see them once in a while, or maybe you and the whoever you will leave behind or worse burden. Take care of you and your loved ones. Critical thinking is more imperative than ever.

      Absolutely this 110%. UPF foods, low fat, high carb, starch, wheat and grains, high sugar and all the dangerous additives in them cause so many people serious health issuers and ARE quite literally killing people. Eat whole foods eg strict Keto diet with IF or even better a carnivore diet with only meat, eggs, sardines and butter. You WILL feel fantastic and reverse a lot of these medical conditions for which you are taking these drugs. People being ill is what the doctors, big pharma, the food industry and governments want as it makes them all huge amounts of money.

    I definitely agree with the findings, unfortunately, I had to use at least some of the medications such as Elavil, and asthma relieving pumps. Though I have using them for the last few years, I have suffering from their lingering effects. Especially, the use of Elavil seems to have done permanent damage and has left its footprint on my memory - occasional blackout(foggy mind), having to mentally struggle to recollect some words, names, incidents, etc.

      HOW LONG WERE YOU ON THE ELAVIL? THAT MEDICATION SUCKED FOR ME! I HAD A SEROTONIN OVERLOAD IN MY BRAIN, BECAUSE THEY KEPT INCREASING THE DOSAGE! I TOLD THEM I DID NOT WANT OR NEED THE MEDICATION, EVAVIL, BUT SINCE I WAS A BONE CANCER PATIENT, THEY KEPT SAYING I WAS DEPRESSED!
      I WAS NOT DEPRESSED!! IDIOTS!! I WAS UP FIVE DAYS STRAIGHT….. THIS WAS ABOUT SIX TO EIGHT MONTHS AFTER STARTING THE ELAVIL. I WAS SEEING SPIDERS ON THE WALLS AND IT WAS BEYOND TRIPPY BECAUSE THIS HAPPENED OVER HALLOWEEN WEEKEND!! I HAD NO IDEA WHAT THE HELL WAS HAPPENING?? AMITRIPTYLINE AND ELAVIL SAME THING!! SO I WILL BE LIKELY JOINING THE “DECLINE” CLUB MYSELF AS I WAS TAKING BENZOS AT A TIME WHEN SLEEP WAS ESCAPING ME BECAUSE OF PAIN! RESTORIL I WAS ONE. MY PHARMACIST SAYS TO ME, THIS DOSAGE IS ENOUGH TO KNOCK OUT AN ELEPHANT!! IT IS TOO MUCH FOR YOU!
      IT EFFECTED A PART OF MY BRAIN THAT GAVE ME VIOLENT DREAMS! HORRIBLE! RAPE, MURDER, RUNNING, SICK SICK STUFF! SO I SAID, NOPE!! BUT STILL TOOK IT INITIALLY BECAUSE IT HELPED ME TO SLEEP…….
      MY BIGGEST WORRY IS DEMENTIA AMD NOW FROM THIS INFORMATIVE VIDEO……. I HAVE A BETTER IDEA WHAT TO EXPECT!!

    Hello, Carolyn Steiner here from Australia. This is mainly a good article. I reckon that it could have greater effectiveness if the person reading the text in English could attend to his pronunciation e.g. he stumbled when saying the word “periodic”. I often hear him, and others who have been engaged to read the text in English in videos on TH-cam forever struggling to read the text correctly and it is very jolting and jarring sound that I hear as well as being a robotic, mechanistic type of sound that imitates audible human language which then makes a real person such as myself want to stop the sound altogether by pressing the mute/unmute icon! 😅😅 it becomes exceedingly painful to stay and watch the entire video. The reader who comes to mind is the one mostly used for videos of “Wonderbot”. This voice becomes a terrible distraction to understanding what the article wishes to convey. I am amazed that I have never read any comments previously about this problem😮!

    • @juliemelbourne1338
      @juliemelbourne1338 2 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Because it's more profitable to keep people sick and dependent on their drugs. It's easier to throw a pill at the symptoms than to take time and effort to address the underlying cause. Also, if a cure is achieved, a cash cow is lost!

    • @IncrediblyHealthy
      @IncrediblyHealthy  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hello Sheila! That's a great question!
      - Treating pain's quick. Finding causes takes time and work.
      - Docs are rushed, and the system pushes for fast fixes. But that's often just a band-aid.
      - Good docs should dig deeper. If yours won't, maybe it's time for a new one.
      Keep asking why. You deserve more than just masking symptoms.

      @@sheilacolbourne9500 I can tell you from person experience that we do try to treat the underlying cause of the pain if we can or the underlying cause of the anxiety or whatever the symptom that’s what any good doctor would do, but in many cases that specific cause cannot be determined or in some cases, it is not reversible so what your left with is resolving the patient symptoms to make their life manageable, and so therefore patients are offered symptomatic relief. That is why so many patients are taking sedatives opiates other pain relievers anxiolytics it’s not the doctors don’t want to treat the underlying cause it’s just that in some casesthat underlying causes either undetermined or untreatable

I have to get my throat stretched every few years. If I don't take my high blood pressure meds it will cause me to have pressure if 189/114. I have bipolar disease and if I don't have my Klonopin when needed, it's not good for my mental health. If it causes dementia then I'll have to deal with that in. Otherwise my life will be horrible mentally and physically. If I can't swallow I would eventually not be able to eat. I do what I have to do. My mother didn't take any of these and got lewy body dementia. There are so many types of dementia I don't think these are responsible for all dementias. Some dementias are familial which is genetic.

      Hi Patricia! Some basics that help most folks:
      - Move your body
      - Eat real food, mostly plants
      - Get enough sleep
      - Find ways to chill out
      If you're thinking supplements:
      Fish oil might help your brain
      Vitamin D if you're low
      B vitamins for energy
      But here's the deal: chat with a doc before you start popping pills. They can tell you what you actually need.
      And remember, the boring stuff - diet, exercise, sleep - usually beats any pill. No quick fixes in health, you know?

      @IncrediblyHealthy  2 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      Hi there! Oh, good point! I should've mentioned meds like Haldol. They can seriously mess with your brain, especially if used long-term. Stuff like:
      - Memory and thinking issues
      - Higher chance of dementia over time
      - Changes in brain structure
      - Symptoms like Parkinson's
      - Risk of tardive dyskinesia (those uncontrollable movements)
      But for folks with serious mental health issues, these meds can be lifesavers. Not treating psychosis can also hurt cognitive functions. Newer drugs are better but still come with risks. Bottom line: it's all about managing doses carefully and keeping an eye on side effects. Thanks for highlighting this! It's a solid reminder to stay aware of what we're taking!

    Heart burn or stomach burn is experienced because the stomach produce too much acid. Why use expensive drugs or medication when a glass of fresh milk will do even a better job and is also beneficial for your health?

      Heartburn and acid reflux are from a physical cause; not too much acid. The little muscle that keeps stomach contents in the stomach can be weak. Can be fixed by surgery. A hiatal hernia can cause acid reflux. Can be fixed by surgery, and acid reflux cured. Your stomach does not produce so much acid that it overflows your stomach. Doctors are mostly too lazy to check for the cause. Pharmacy companies make tons of money selling acid blockers. Acid blockers keep your body from absorbing calcium and causes weak bones. Also, unless your milk comes straight from organically and properly fed cows straight to your mouth, do not drink it. All the processing turns it in to a garbage non-food.

      Fermented milk better. Make kefir for pennies. Buy, beg or steal grains, add milk leave overnight to ferment, pass through sieve to drink, fill up jar with grains and milk and off we go again. I have about 100mls every morning and haven’t had heartburn or constipation for years. All illnesses start in the gut apparently so gut health necessary for optimum health.
