I just bought this tool and knew I needed some good instructions. So, of course i searched for Simon Says Stamp and Sherri told me everything i need to know to get started. Very good video. THANKS!!!
I love this. I just recieved my fuse tool yesterday, but i am a beginner card maker too, so it will be awhile before I am as good as you. Your grandbaby is precious....Thank you sooo very much...
This was so cute. I don't own a fuse tool but after watching this I really want one!!! I guess I will be going shopping now. Thanks for sharing this video. Jackie in Texas.
Thanks so much Shari for this video. I've wanted one of these tools but wasn't sure if I could use it without burning myself all over. LOL! You have taken the worry out of this for me. Love the piece you put together.
Are there alternatives to the fuse tool? Cant seem to find it in my country and it costs a lot to deliver here. I've found some from us but 100 bucks to deliver. Would soldering iron work? wanted to check before i get anything
So Shari, would you PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE do a demo using the decorative tips?! I know that practice is the key here, but it seems that the more I practice with the 2 tips the worse I get. 😒 😟 Two of the tips in the package are the same ones that came with the fuse tool, so I'm referring to the other 2 - the diagonal slash and the series of dots tips. I'm hoping you might have some sage advise for those of us trying to keep the design not only straight, but the full pattern being shown throughout the entire fuse. Since you cannot use the ruler slit to keep the fuse straight, you're left to your own devices - yikes! If you happen to not hold the tip perfectly parallel to your project, the design looks weird since the total width doesn't fuse. There's got to be some solution for us folks who struggle with them...HELP US PLEASE!!! Thanks your so much for reading my plea for assistance...
I bought this tool months ago and finally pulled it out to use it and it doesn't seal anything. It melts the plastic but when I gently test the seams it's made it opens right up. Am I doing something wrong? It's been heated up for 20 minutes before I used it.

One demo person said the little stand was terrible, she puts it into a coffee mug so it is more stable.
It is flimsy. good idea about the mug!
