Thank you for the video. I bought the jugs short-t because of my nephews height and I thought it would cover every part of the strike zone for his height but it didn’t. That’s okay it covered 2/3 of it which was good. I was trying to find a tee that was durable and sturdy, this tee after using it three times is tough as nails. It has fallen over a lot because my players want to drop their elbow instead of driving their front arm towards the ball and they hit the adjustable part of it.
With my nephew and a few other players we have been working with them on using one hand on the bat with their front arm and then their back arm before using both hands in order to drive their hands to the ball. The best part of the tee is the sound of the ball when it comes off the tee. Even my dad loved it.
When I do live ball batting practice it has made a massive difference in my teams swinging techniques of getting the bat to the ball. Especially my nephew, who has a tendency of dragging the bat and hitting balls to toward third base. Now he is starting to hit them more up the middle but on the left side still and has pull a few toward first and second base.
Each kid enjoyed hitting off this tee and hearing the sound of the ball coming off it. It gave them a lot of confidence going into soft tossing and in the actual games because it was flying off the tee. Best of luck on your channel and your a lifesaver.
