I mean the hate is warranted. They were touted the favourites to win it all. 60+ win team, can’t even sweep the first two rounds despite missing Butler, Rozzier (not worth mentioning but he’s at least a top 3-5 scoring option for the Heat) and Cavs missing Jarret Allen (big defensive impact). Celtics act like they deserve the chip already because they have the best starting 5, regular season record and top 3 defence. Even when we saw the Warriors have a historically great regular season only to choke a finals they’d at least won something the season before.
Stephen A is right. Since the 2018 ECF we’ve been waiting for him to take the crown. He should be the face of US Hoops on a historic franchise. People are more ready to give that title to Ant. He needs to breakthrough.

This narrative is stupid and completely wrong. First of all through 3 games Tatum is averaging 25 points and 10 rebounds. How is that not good. That's a freaking double double. Those are Magic Johnson numbers. And secondly Boston is not a 2 headed monster anymore. They have 5 guys who can give you 30 any given night. Tatum, Brown, Porzingis, White, and Holiday. The Celtics didn't lose game 2 because of Jayson Tatum, they lost because they only made 8 out of 35 threes they threw up. There is nothing wrong with Tatum he has and still is the man. Tatum has been tragic man. This dude is not a superstar. He would get destroyed in the West. He should be cooking these teams with how much talent is around him in that starting unit. Every starter basically plays defence and almost all of them have averaged 20 or more in at least one season in their career.
