- OGs will know I have a an obssesive tendancy to certain things and obviously Fish have been one for many years and now houseplants are the same so as you can imagine I now have my very own jungle in my fish room and my house so in this one I am going to show you said jungle

Tropical plants are another passion of mine, I think a lot of fish keepers like tropical plants.

Paul your plants are amazing. Though I am not fish keeping at the moment, I do have a collection of plants as well. Several types of Pothos, Alocasia, and White Bird of Paradise. Awesome video as always my friend. Cheers

Yes it’s a thing. I started off in the fish hobby and went to plants eventually. Mines happens after my dovii died after that I just lost my heart in it. Being here I get to fall back in love with the tanks again. Thanks man

I’ve got no natural light in my fishroom so don’t think plants will fair to well, looking great though, and quite a collection already.

Did the Potho come with the moss pole?
Yes it was on the pole when I bought it
I keep all of my houseplants in tanks, because I always forget to water them. When you train your adansonii up the wall, build a climbing frame away from the wall, otherwise the plant will anchor itself into the plaster. Have you looked into adding silica to your Thai constellation? Apparently it is required for cell structure in plants with white in the leaves. I reckon you need to start looking into Syngoniums, all different shapes and colour variegations. That will be a rabbit hole and a half for you to go down! Also your snake plant (Mother in laws toungue) comes in lots of different varieties also.

I'm new to it too I've killed more plants than I'd like to count! But pothos started me in to it to, I think it's a forgiving plant, yours looking good!!😊
Pothos is a great plant really hardy isnt it and fingers crossed I havent killed one yet lol but but theres time lol

@bigfishlad4847 I did it a couple of years ago with bonsai. I ended up hanging around with the bonsai equivalent of george farmer.

I don;t put them in my tanks now. Used to but stopped after I had that bad putbreak last year in the 180
It rubbish when we have a bad experience but at least you can have them all over your house mate lol

Aw mat so many, Sheffield made plants is one of my favourites, Tanner the Planter, The Leca Queen so many others depends on what you want to learn really
After 8 years of keeping fish in planted tanks - last year I also got hooked on house plants around my home and in my tank …. So it’s definitely a thing !! 😂

I never had any luck with Adansonii in my tanks. Dont know why. My Pothos, Monstera Deliciosa, Peace Lily, and some other fern my wife was gonna get rid of loves my tanks.
oh yea and Philedendron Gigantea and a White wizard loves it to :)
