It's called commercial advertisement, dumbass . It means consumers buy your products which means you can give your employees raises every year for the next 40 years of their career. I guess you could not market your business and give your employees a raise however your revenue will decrease because you're selling less because no one knows what you're selling hence they don't know they can buy it. You'll go out of business in 6 months and your employees would've gotten 6 months of raises instead of 40 years of raises.

My boyfriend went to school with Austin Tice's brother. His family still believes he is MIA and will not give up hope he is alive.
I am thankful to WAPO for featuring my step cousin in this commercial. The entire Tice family and we extended relatives are still holding out hope that President Trump will somehow bring Austin home alive and well. Even though it's almost 7 years since his disappearance, the media needs to share his story everyday to increase the awareness of what is going on.

Part of 'knowing' is providing raw facts, not conjecture and opinion disguised as reporting. And it is not just the Post. All too many of our publications and broadcast news outlets resemble Pravda and Izvestia more than what we used to consider an honest press here in the US.
