Look at the overseer acting like he would've been able to stop anything. And before anyone says "he was suckerpunched", it's not exactly like everyone here fights like a gentleman. Not being able to handle a punch is not being able to handle a punch. That's just how it is in a fight.
Lowkey would've been nice to see the higher-up actually block Kazutora's punch but I guess they needed something to represent how strong he is? Having the higher-up blocking it might've gave us a glimpse of what gangs are really like but it is what it is.
Power scaling in Tokyo Revengers are all over the place. The only consistent ones are Mikey being top dog and Takemicchi being weak, the rest can fluctuate depending on the situation.

bro ive went on situations like this. people who watch the fight are 100 times stronger than the people who actually fight in north africa. these dudes are scary as hell. ive witnessed a high school fight A BIG ONE so there is the strongest two dudes that fought. one of them got knocked out and the other didnt stop while the guy was bleeding as hell. so the dudes called their hood and i got home bcz im no match for these boys. i wish i have atleast witnessed that fight
